Pros (+) Absolutely nothing
Cons (-) The sheets were dirty definitely wasn’t changed. The chairs were very loose. I was afraid to sit on them in case they broke down. Noise level was too loud until 1am. Staff wasn’t responsive.

He tried to cancel their reservation, saying: I don't care about the money." After being politely but firmly asked to honor their reservation, he let them check in.
