Check in started on time, Departure was on time, Arrival 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
You need to be able to manage your employees effectively instead of letting them call the shots. Priority should be given to the convenience and interests of the customers—whom you simply couldn't care less about.
The crew members; the service, the food, everything was good. The check in process was terrible because I couldn't choose my seat. It made my waiting too long at the airport in Tel Aviv and at the end U've got the middle seat even though it was promised to me to give me the aisle seat. Each company gives the option to choose free seats during check in. I didn't have this option

The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
2hrs delay on both ways Captain has to change his mind on landing in Birmingham airport and being forced to escalate and fly again, bit scary

Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.
The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Boarding was chaotic and confusing. The seats were so close to the row in front that my knees were up against the seat in front of me the whole trip. The beverage service consisted of a small plastic cup of warm water. This was truly a very bad experience.
A basic, cheap flight from Bucharest to Prague. No Frills, but we got there safely.

Upgrade to business was great. The crew was nice. Disembarkation in Bucharest was very slow through the rear door to a bus to get to the terminal. The business lounge was not clean with bugs running on the floor.
I rated food and entertainment with the lower score because I did not have N/A. No food and entertainment from Bucharest to London.
Poor service ! Water need to be free and a little snack for 3.5 hour during the flight. Tarom company need to take lessons from Turkish Airlines.
There was extreme turbulence for 10-15 minutes a bit after takeoff, which of course is no one's fault. This was a short regional flight with no amenities except water. Departure and arrival wete close ro on-time. The Suceava airport is very small but pleasant and efficient. My baggage all the way from Washington DC, checked through Paris and Bucharest, arrived without a hitch. There was really nothing to complain about except a regrettable 5+-hour layover in Bucharest.
This experience was atypical. The flight left three hours late because of engine technical issues, which meant a very long wait. Unrealistic announcements made it worse by discoursgong leavimg for water, reatrrom, etc. But the crew did its best and apart from the delay, it was not a bad flight. Good entertainment and drink service.In the end, I made my connection anyway.

A crew member needs to be assigned the (unpleasant) job of making sure toilets are reasonably clean. The toilets on my flight were revolting - human waster lined the inside of the toilet bowl.
The crew was unresponsive. Not enough drinking water throughout the flight or between services. Two bathrooms so dirty that could not be used.
Impossible charge phone inside airplane. Entertainment system does not support charging at all. Everything else is perfect
This airline cancelled 3 of my tickets and did not even notify me of the cancellation therefoe my advice is to stay awaway!!
The flights that i booked with them were totally unreliable as they cancelled and/or switched itinereis left and right so I definitely could not recommend them. It was as also imppossible to contact them for anything-hence my poor rating

No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service
