I consider CloudTalk to be an exceptional app, especially as it enables me to do more than just make calls. The dashboard they offer is outstanding, providing me with the control I need to better analyze my calls and achieve enhanced results. The features that my team and I value the most include the ability to send and receive SMS from contacts, use tags to categorize calls, and leave notes at any time, even after a call has ended. It feels like a real phone, allowing me to do more with a single app. Moreover, the statistics dashboard is excellent. Initially, I was less satisfied with some technical issues we faced during integration with our CRM. I chose CloudTalk because, after speaking with the sales manager, I immediately recognized their flexibility in adapting to customer needs and their readiness to provide assistance, which is a significant advantage over other tools. The concept of CloudTalk, a software that connects remote-access cell phones, seemed promising to me, but it's not fully developed. I was initially impressed by the IVR interface on their website, but it often malfunctions, resulting in calls getting lost in a voicemail void without any message. I feel that CloudTalk, being a young system, overpromises and underdelivers. They offer apps for various connection points and integrated systems for automation, but after signing up, I discovered that most of it is glitchy beta software. It seems to me that their marketing team is promoting a half-built software system. I found the iPhone and Desktop apps to be unreliable, and the phone app fails to transfer calls or handle SMS messages properly. It often quits in the background on my phone, leaving me unaware that I can't receive calls. The system also drops entire call processes without notifying me of missed calls. I would give CloudTalk a perfect score of 10/10. They provide everything we need and have presented me with amazing opportunities, like featuring an article in their customer experience section. The integration process was a pleasure, with a dedicated Sales manager guiding our implementation. Now that we're integrated, I particularly enjoy the interactive voice responses, missed calls, and the statistics that aid our decision-making. My experience with CloudTalk has been largely positive, despite some minor issues. The team has been great in addressing these problems honestly. I particularly appreciate the customer support team, who are very responsive and friendly. However, there are some limitations like not being able to input the extension before making a call and the absence of a feature for supervisors to listen in on calls without the user's knowledge. However, I've noticed that when I have the plugin installed in Chrome, Cloudtalk sometimes misidentifies any sequence of numbers as a phone number. I had a positive experience with CloudTalk. It was user-friendly and easy to set up, and it's reasonably priced. I valued the decent free tier, which is missing in other products. However, they need to create a better phone app. I opted for CloudTalk as other alternatives were pricier, more difficult to establish, and notably Freshcaller was extremely irritating during onboarding and was dishonest.

I needed a tool that could manage both inbound and outbound calls and SMS messaging, including traffic to China from a Chinese virtual number. After testing several solutions, I found that CloudTalk was the only one that fulfilled all my needs at a very reasonable price. It's one of the best and simplest tools I've ever used. It's packed with features and is very user-friendly, requiring no specific knowledge to operate. The setup was fast and the call quality is superb, even for international calls to countries like China, where most providers usually struggle. CloudTalk also has prebuilt integrations with most CRM systems, including Zendesk, and is very cost-effective compared to other competitors. So far, it's been performing excellently. The only issue I've encountered is that I've been unable to install the CloudTalk client app from the Zendesk Marketplace, but their phone and desktop clients work flawlessly.
