Immerse yourself in the art of Victorian-era floral arrangement and botanical illustration in this intimate, hands-on workshop inspired by Floriography: An Illustrated Guide to the Victorian Language of Flowers. Guided by author and illustrator Jessica Roux, participants will begin by creating posy bouquets using fresh flowers, learning about their historical significance and symbolism. In the second half of the workshop, Jessica will lead an illustration session where participants will illustrate their posies using graphite pencils. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this workshop offers a unique blend of history, creativity, and hands-on experience.
