Returns/Refunds & Damages

  • 30-Day Policy: After receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return. For eligibility, items should be in their original state. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Inspect your delivery promptly. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately. Provide photo or video evidence to support@onlycrits.com. After review, we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Initiating a Return: Email us at support@onlycrits.com for guidance. Without prior notification, returns will not be processed.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable item

  • Custom Products: Some items, like special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift card sales are final and cannot be returned.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (typicall 2-5 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is simple, we will cancel your order if you request it within 1 hours of order time. Our team gets to work right away on every order, which results in Only Crits having amazing processing times. Please send an email to support@onlycrits.com to cancel your order.

  1. Custom Products: These are products made uniquely for you. This can include dice sets with personalized engravings, specially ordered items not usually in our inventory, or items tailored to specific aesthetic requests.
  2. Shipping Costs: Regular returns are free within our 30-day policy. However, if a product falls outside this window or specific criteria, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
  3. International Returns & Customs: For international returns, customers might need to handle customs or import duties. If you're an international customer, it's best to get in touch with us to understand the specifics.
  4. Missed Cancellation Window: If you miss the 1-hour cancellation window, we'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee cancellation if processing has advanced significantly.
