STAMPtember® Blog Party

Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp along with many, many other crafters for a STAMPtember® Blog Party. We are showcasing more of the fabulous new STAMPtember® release.

I have a couple of projects to share using the new release.

SSS-Candle Cover

My first card uses the Candle Cover die. This is such a fun, graphic showstopper of a design. I used all solid colored cardstock and added a sentiment strip from the Reverse Christmas Wishes strips.

My next card features the new Stained Glass Snowflake Die. This die has a coordinating stencil, but instead I backed the die cut panel with acetate and created a full card shaker.

For the sentiment I used the CZ Holiday Duo die.

The card below features the Peace Joy Love die. It is so simple yet clean and graphic and rainbow and also flat and easy to mail. All my current faves in one!

Squeeze You

Hi there! Yesterday I shared this project over on the Simon Says Stamp blog featuring the Squeezer You stamp, die & stencil set. For the sentiment I used the CZ Good Greetings 1 set.

My inspiration came from some wallpaper. I loved the colorful, two-toned lemons and tried to replicate that using some Heart Masks.

Another Pattern Play Session

Hi there! I had another pattern play session last week and forgot to share it here on my blog. I used my all-time fave Geometric Builder Circles die set along with the Pop Art Pieces dies go create this fun pattern. For the sentiment I used the CZ Basic Trio die set.

Below is the inspiration that got the whole thing started on Pinterest, of course.

And here is the reel that I created showing how I put this card together.

Spook Alley

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of festive, Halloween cards using the Spook Alley Bundle by Concord & 9th.

I was just telling my daughter the other day that I’ve never really been a super duper lovin’ Halloween type of gal, but if it’s done right, with great colors and a good aesthetic I can get down with it. There’s something about that Capri night sky with the Starfruit moon and pops of Sweet Pea & Lemongrass in the costumes that draws me in. Basically it’s all about color.

Concord & 9th-Spook Alley

And then there’s this haunted house. I should add, if there’s a fun interactive element, like a door that opens with a “not-so-creepy” ghost peeping out, I can also get down with that. For the night sky I used a Sunflower panel and blended Clementine & Poppy ink at the top for a gradient sky.

I also used the Autumn Lane die set to add the hill, trees & fence details.

Hi there! Yesterday I had a little pattern play session with Hank by my side.

SSS-Basic Shapes Circles, CZ Good Greetings 1

I used the Basic Shapes Circles dies along with a sentiment from CZ Good Greetings 1 set.
Here is a reel showing how I created this card.

Of course my inspiration came from pinterest…although I have no idea who made it or anything, but I LOVE IT!

Morning Glory Vibes

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of cards using the beautiful, new Simply Shabby card kit by Simon Says Stamp.

SSS-Morning Glory Vibes

This kit is centered around the Morning Glory Vibes Embossing Folder, Stencils & coordinating dies. For sentiments I used the Simply Shabby stamp set as well as the Beyond Measure set. All of these are included in the card kit, which is such a great value!

Countryside Bundle

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of cards using the Countryside Bundle available at Concord & 9th. This was one of my favorite bundles from the August release.

Concord & 9th-Countryside

I created the scene above for a warm, fall farm scene and the one below for more of a Halloween theme.

Concord & 9th-Countryside

If you watch the reveal video HERE, I show how I added these cute, little translucent ghosts. I used the Spooky Alley for the ghosts and for the sentiment.

Concord & 9th-Countryside

Not that I would ever want ghosts sashaying up my driveway but they do look kinda cute on a card, haha.
