Brooklyn Pen factory called in to do emergency repair to their CO2 laser engraving machine. LaserCutZ have identified that RF laser source was depleted due to helium gas loss. CO2 laser source was replaced with upgraded version which performs much better then original. In recent years RF lasers started to drop in price and increase their reliability as result many small size laser machines starting to appear and like wice larger laser output power also emerging. It used to be that only Coherant had 400W RF CO2 sources and though cost past $80,000 but now there many China brands appearing with RF tubes, such as RECI recently introduces 300W RF

LaserCutZ welcomes new laser to our portfolio of machines. New CO2 is one of the largest machines on east cost (as usual) featuring size of 1500x3000mm work table which is nearly 5x10 feet. Machine is capable of high speed engraving and cutting of large size acrylic and wood panels which is ideal for larger single signage and architectural design projects. We now how 3 large machines under same roof for metal cutting, plastic, wood and fabric leather cutting. All machines are 5x10 which allows LaserCutZ take on large projects without any limitations.

Quick CNC milling project was cut out MDF for architectural company doing apartment renovation on upper west side in NYC. MDF panels covering steam radiators will be painted to blend in to aesthetic design making them less intrusive. CNC was chosen to cut panels because there will be no burn mark on edge of material and at 3/4" thickens cutting panel with CNC will be faster then cutting it with laser.

Boss CO2 laser went out of optical aliment in cabinetry factory in Hackensack NJ. LaserCutZ have successfully identified problem, replaced and realigned laser mirrors and fine tuned machine to a best operations. BOSS laser is Florida based company but machines are made and imported form China, they offer local tech support but cost and speed of support is not as efficient as LaserCutZ services, there fore many north east cost companies choose LaserCutZ to support, repair and maintain their machines. HVAC labels printed for GC to ensure their signage is up to NYC code. Those labels are intended to identify pipes and direction of gas traveling in them. To codes labels need to be at least 3" high and can not be stickers. So plates have been made from special UV resistant material and laser engraved. This ensures that markings can not be easily damaged by environmental factors. LaserCutZ can fabricate any type of DOB compliance signs including ADA, reflective and glow in dark signs
