The differences might seem marginal, minimal...property's is property, but not true, they are vastly different as to how and whom you market/present the properties to. The clients for the property classes are of a different mindset and are set within their investment strategies; one instance where there may be some reasonable crossover is when the investors are a REIT or a value investor.
