This helps in identifying errors early on. Actually, I disagree with relying solely on automated systems without manual checks. Automation is helpful, but human oversight is crucial. An example is when our team implemented regular audits of shipment costs, leading to better accuracy and preventing future discrepancies, thus reducing financial losses.

Discrepancies can be minimize by adding Special condition in Letter of credit, always try to open clean LC so it avoid issues & losses.
