    Every GTM team claims to be “data-driven.” Which tells me we have a signal problem. And perhaps part of why sales feels noisier than ever. Everyone’s chasing signals: intent, engagement, triggers, heat maps. However: ➡️ Third-party signals have become commoditized. ➡️ Everyone’s reading from the same dashboard.
