Cholani Weebadde, associate professor in the Michigan State University Department of Plant, Soil and Microbial Sciences, leads an online masters program in plant breeding designed to provide students around the world access to MSU’s world-renowned faculty and plant science education. Experts estimate that global food production must double by 2050 to feed a growing population.
