  • Last week, Charlie Health’s Compliance and Legal teams came together in Colorado Springs for an in-person offsite. For a group that’s primarily remote, it was a meaningful chance to connect face-to-face. They spent the week reflecting on the past year, setting goals for 2026, and strengthening collaboration through team-building activities, shared dinners, a hike, and even a night of bowling. The work of these teams is essential to ensuring safe and high-quality care, and this offsite set the foundation for another impactful year ahead. Interested in joining Charlie Health? Last week, our Clinical Team leaders gathered in Stevenson, WA, for their annual Clinical Leadership Workshop. 🌲 They combined strategy sessions with experiential learning in the Washington mountains throughout the week. With the guidance of certified outdoor survivalists from Adventure Recovery, our leaders practiced grounding techniques, compass and mapping skills, and fire building. These exercises brought to life the tools clinicians often teach in therapy, offering a real-world perspective on practices that support resilience and connection. We’re grateful for this team’s dedication to delivering lifesaving care and helping clients build resilience every day. Interested in joining this mission-driven team?
