Last week, Charlie Health’s Compliance and Legal teams came together in Colorado Springs for an in-person offsite. For a group that’s primarily remote, it was a meaningful chance to connect face-to-face. They spent the week reflecting on the past year, setting goals for 2026, and strengthening collaboration through team-building activities, shared dinners, a hike, and even a night of bowling. Tanner Holt, Pittsburgh Clinical Outreach Manager, and Jake McGraw, Pittsburgh Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Outreach Manager, recently teamed up for the Pittsburgh Recovery Walk. The Pittsburgh Recovery Walk is an annual event that celebrates the many paths to addiction recovery and the different forms it can take, with the goal of reducing stigma and promoting hope. Tanner and Jake represented Charlie Health, sharing resources and connection with members of the Pittsburgh recovery community.

Yesterday, our CEO & Co-Founder, Carter Barnhart, joined industry leaders at the Behavioral Health Business INVEST Conference to discuss the future of Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs). The conversation—moderated by Chris Larson of Behavioral Health Business—highlighted how innovative care models are bridging gaps in the behavioral healthcare continuum. Carter emphasized Charlie Health’s role as the nation’s leading provider of high-acuity virtual IOP, showcasing how our personalized, outcomes-driven approach helps clients access care when and where they need it most. We’re grateful to help lead discussions on the future of behavioral healthcare while continuing to deliver personalized, evidence-based care to those who need it most.

North Carolina Clinical Outreach Manager, Brandi G., recently attended Breaking Barriers: Compassionate Care and Community Engagement in the Opioid Crisis Conference, where she connected with dedicated professionals working every day to address substance use disorder and its impact on our communities. Last week, our Clinical Team leaders gathered in Stevenson, WA, for their annual Clinical Leadership Workshop. 🌲 They combined strategy sessions with experiential learning in the Washington mountains throughout the week. With the guidance of certified outdoor survivalists from Adventure Recovery, our leaders practiced grounding techniques, compass and mapping skills, and fire building. These exercises brought to life the tools clinicians often teach in therapy, offering a real-world perspective on practices that support resilience and connection.
