First project at CircleCI: build and launch the brand’s Substack from scratch. Say less. 😎 Many of you know I love a big, messy, zero-to-one project. Something with lots of moving pieces and no playbook. I like thinking big picture, then getting deep into the details of “Okay, but how do we really make this happen?” Give me a complex, cross-functional initiative. I'll turn it into an actual thing. So I’m very excited to share that Confident Commit is now LIVE! 🚀 https://lnkd.in/gegMWXtZ This one really scratched my brain in just the right way. It meant bringing together marketing, design, engineering, legal, security, and comms to merge three distinct pubs (including the podcast) into one cohesive home. From getting engineers in front of the page, to getting the content, creative, and launch details across the finish line… it’s been a bit of a beast. But a fun one. And such an awesome way to meet and learn about all the amazing people I’m now working with. Now the real work starts: growing the audience, driving traffic, and building Confident Commit into a destination for the people building the future of software.
