    "On m'a écrit sur WhatsApp." Aujourd'hui, cette phrase peut faire gagner un deal. Ou le faire perdre ↓ La semaine dernière, un commercial me raconte : prospect qui écrit samedi soir sur WhatsApp. Personne pour répondre. Lundi matin, le deal est parti chez le concurrent. Le problème n'est pas WhatsApp. Le problème, c'est que dans la plupart des équipes, WhatsApp est devenu un canal business… géré comme un canal perso. Un message arrive. Personne ne sait qui répond. La conversation reste sur un téléphone. Le suivi dépend d'une personne. La relance se perd. Et après, on se demande pourquoi certains leads ne convertissent pas. La réalité est plus simple : quand un prospect t'écrit sur WhatsApp, il attend une réponse en minutes. Pas en jours. Pas une organisation bricolée autour du portable d'un collègue. C'est exactement le sujet que résout WhatsApp in Aircall. Pas "avoir WhatsApp".     Yes, this is a paid partnership. But I only recommend products I am down with. Aircall is absolutely one of those. GTM tooling is accelerating insanely fast right now. I get asked about the modern GTM stack constantly. Some of my favourites are going to make it. Some of them aren't. @Aircall is in the "going to make it" bucket. It's long been the go-to dialer for hte industry.. But the rate they're shipping AI features on top of it is nuts. Regular readers know I'm deep in the tooling game. I've built a bunch of tools directly in Claude Code and I've already replaced half of the SaaS subscriptions I use. Aircall however, has been marked safe from the SaaSpocalypse. It packages everything I've been trying to build, in one place, with UX that bangs. It's not just calls anymore. Linked straight into the CRM, so you're not walking into every conversation cold or even worse, doing admin. It's also omnichannel. Anyone who's done serious outbound knows the move: text or WhatsApp to call your shot ("I'm calling you tomorrow at 1pm"), then dial. Scripted, templated, fired from one place. Bang.     Ich will, dass mein Team WENIGER arbeitet. Weniger von dem ganzen Kram, den niemand gerne macht: Hubspot-Felder ausfüllen nach jedem Call, Notizen tippen, während man eigentlich zuhören sollte oder Follow-Up-Mails zusammenschreiben aus dem Gedächtnis, die sich nicht geil lesen. Gerade sage ich meinem Team jeden Tag: Den Großteil der Verwaltungsarbeit kann ab jetzt AI übernehmen. Wir sollten uns darauf konzentrieren mehr Energie und mehr Freude an echten Gesprächen mit echten Menschen zu haben - denn wir selber sind der USP, den uns niemand nehmen kann. Bei uns gilt: Online AI first, offline people first. Deswegen hab ich mir in den letzten Wochen Aircall mal genauer angeschaut und bin wirklich beeindruckt. Nach jedem Call ist die Summary schon da. Hubspot updated. Next Steps dokumentiert. Kein Post-Call-Admin mehr. Und das geilste: Du gehst in den nächsten Call und bist DA. Nicht gestresst vom letzten Gespräch oder am Tippen nebenbei, sondern voller Energie und Bock auf das Gespräch. Menschlichkeit ist gerade jetzt eins der größten USPs, die wir im Sales haben.     If you manage an AM team, here's an uncomfortable number: 8 reps, 3-4 calls a day: 120-160 calls per week in your team. Shadow 3 per rep and you've seen maybe 25. That's a 15% sample, on a good week. The other 85%? They never get feedback. I've always treated this as a bandwidth problem. The feedback loop was too slow: shadow, take notes, give training, repeat. But the problem is that I was still missing 85% of my team's conversations. Hard to know if what I see in the ones I join is a pattern or not. This is the problem Aircall is trying to solve. AI scores every call, not just the ones you joined. So instead of relying on 25 calls to spot patterns, you're looking at all 160. You can see how the whole team is performing, then drill into one person, then into a specific call. And your team stops going into calls hoping for the best. You can embed the playbook directly in the tool so they have a live coach while they are on the call. Giving them talking points, advice on how to handle objections, prompt follow-up questions. Live, not in a training session two weeks after the renewal already fell apart.
