Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.

    Bored of the random 2026 "predictions"? Same. Air asked 21 marketing legends to look into Zoltair's crystal ball and share what they see actually changing in marketing and brand. No AI slop in sight. Just real stuff from people out there doing the daily graft. My prediction? Brand vs performance will finally FO. It's a "debate" we've been having since I was in high school. All advertising has immediate effects, only some have lasting effects. The difference is simply whether something is inherently interesting, entertaining, or creates an emotional response with future customers. This means that any channel can do both. Even skippable media. But you've got to get your strategy right first. Or I'm totally wrong, and we'll have to sit through another year of SUPER interesting "brand vs performance" takes again. The report got me chin stroking for once, other hot takes include: - Smoking is back baby!     A lot of my job is about connecting dots. I can't see into the future but I can tell you for certain that hiring and being "hirable" in 2026 is going to bring: ✍ a lot of speculation ✍ a lot of community ✍ and a lot of breaking the mold... Air asked me and a bunch of other incredibly smart Creatives/Marketers what our best piece of advice would be as we enter in to 2026. People like Kendall Dickieson, Emmett Shine, Meagan Loyst, Jolyon Varley, AJ Eckstein 🧩, and Emma Apple Chozick all contributed some pretty shocking (read: well thought out) answers that you can find through the link in comments.     A few months ago, our fractional Chief Imagination Officer Kareem Rahma subway pitched us an unorthodox idea: "Let me make a horror film so compelling that it will convince every creator who watches it to get on Air with your Creator plan." I reluctantly agreed. The night before the shoot however, the star of the film whose name for legal reasons I cannot mention, pulled out. The entire thing went up in smoke. It was devastating. Today, due to various lawsuits and NDAs, I’m sharing the only thing that I am legally permitted to share. This is found footage of the table read for the greatest film never made. This is cinema.
