Bumble Inc. was built on a foundation of gender equality. True freedom and equality are impossible without access to abortion and other essential reproductive healthcare services. That’s why we are proud to support the new documentary, Zurawski v Texas. Produced by HiddenLight Productions, Story Force Entertainment, and Out of Nowhere, and directed by Abbie Perrault and Maisie Crow, the film is named after the landmark 2023 Texas case, Zurawski v Texas, and tells the powerful stories of three women who, after facing severe and dangerous pregnancy complications, were denied emergency medical care due to Texas' restrictive abortion laws. Last fall, Bumble was proud to be the first business to sign on to an amicus brief in the Zurawski v Texas case. The brief highlighted how restrictions to abortion can create significant challenges in retaining and attracting talent, ultimately hurting both business growth and the broader economy. Having learned of the work the directors and producers had done to tell the urgent and moving stories of the plaintiffs and their families, we immediately committed our support to helping them get this critical work out beyond the courtroom and into the world. As reproductive rights take center stage ahead of the U.S. November election, it is more important than ever to amplify these crucial stories. We hope this film fosters a deeper understanding of how abortion bans affect families across the country, and the important role of access to reproductive healthcare. To help spread the word, we’re teaming up with the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema to offer complimentary screenings in key U.S. cities — join us here: https://lnkd.in/gprNKpRA Whether it’s championing women's access to abortion or supporting our employees’ reproductive journeys with dedicated benefits, Bumble Inc. will remain a vocal advocate for reproductive rights. Because we’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: Abortion is healthcare, and healthcare is a human right. #AbortionIsHealthcare #zurawskivtexas

We're kicking off Latine Hispanic Heritage Month by celebrating the incredible contributions of the Latine and Hispanic communities at Bumble Inc. and beyond! As CEO Lidiane Jones reminds us, representation matters—it shapes who we are and the future we're building together. We're inspired by stories like hers and want to hear from you. Share what this month means to you, your journey, or how you're celebrating in the comments! 💛
As we kick off this month, celebrating the rich, diverse and beautiful cultures and people that makes up the Latine community, I always take a moment to reflect on my own journey and to be grateful for all the amazing people that have been a part of it. Growing up in a humble neighborhood in São Paulo 🇧🇷 , I never could have imagined that some day I would be here today. I always believed that perseverance, focus on education and pursuing the next attainable goal would lead to a better future for myself and with the support of some incredible mentors, a lot of hard work and my mother’s belief in me I made it through college, and through those early days in my career. I had to learn at a young age to be resilient, creative, resourceful and to never give up. For me, the culture I grew up in and the community that supported me deeply shaped who I am as a person and I know many of my fellow Latine community members can relate. For Latine women in tech, I know there are still barriers to break through and so much more work ahead, but I am so optimistic by the growth of our community in tech in recent years and especially by the rise of women in leadership roles. Representation matters, and I am proud to be part of Bumble Inc. today, a company of strong values, championing for a more inclusive tech industry where women and people of color can also lead the way. 💛 *Happy Latine Hispanic Heritage Month!* #LatineHeritageMonth #HispanicHeritageMonth #RepresentationMatters #WomenInTech

It was great to see our Trust & Safety team get together for TrustCon last week to represent Bumble. Safety has been central to our mission from day one and we have always been proud of our work in this space. 🌟 🔒
Another incredible TrustCon in the books and Bumble Inc. showed up in a major way - we had 10 folks attend this year, 6 of whom were selected to present (!!) on topics including crisis management, investigating offline harms, transparency, authenticity, and more. I’m so grateful and proud to work at a company that has kindness, safety, and equity as its core mission and to be part of the amazing Trust & Safety community that Charlotte Willner and everyone at the Trust & Safety Professional Association have worked hard to foster. See you all at TrustCon 2025!

🌟 Time to shout out your work bestie! 🌟 At Bumble Inc., we’re all about making meaningful connections beyond just dating. Since launching one year ago as a standalone app, Bumble For Friends has been helping people from all over create lifelong friendships. And since today is International Friendship Day, we want to put the spotlight on the incredible bonds we form with our work BFFs! Did you know that having a close friend at work can significantly boost your job satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being? A 2022 Gallup study has shown that employees with strong workplace friendships are seven times more likely to be fully engaged at work and enjoy their day-to-day tasks more. And there’s more! According to a 2024 Bumble For Friends survey*: 👯More than three-quarters (76%) of respondents shared that having a work bestie has reduced their work-related stress. 👯77% shared that their work bestie has helped them get through tough times at work. 👯Half of respondents went as far to say that they would quit their current job if it weren't for their work bestie! 👯71% currently have a work bestie from a different generation, and 68% say it’s been great for their growth. 👯55% believe that remote or in-person, work friendships are just as strong! So, tell us – who’s your work BFF? Tag your work bestie in the comments and share what makes them so special. Tell us how they brighten your day, support you, and make work more enjoyable. We want to hear all about the amazing friendships that make your work life more meaningful, so let the shout-outs begin! 💛 #InternationalFriendshipDay #WorkBestie #BumbleForFriends #FriendshipGoals *Research was commissioned by Bumble For Friends and carried out online by Censuswide from July 15th, 2024 to July 19th, 2024.
