    I just wrapped up my first month leading the sales org at Clay, and I'm fired up! When I thought about where I wanted to go build next, the 2 most important things to me were product and people. There's a massive AI shift underway in the GTM space--it's a cultural shift as much as it is a technology shift. Clay blends the two so perfectly: the best data foundation to work from plus the ability to execute any creative idea you might have to drive growth. I’m blown away by some of the ways our customers shared they’re using Clay at our first user conference last month. The entire team here is low ego, scrappy, and incredibly thoughtful about how they work with both each other and our customers. Excited to build this alongside Varun, Kareem, Everett, Jess and the rest of the team—we're also hiring in SF, NYC, and London!
