The best teams treat closed-lost deals as future pipeline, not dead ends. Sculptor helps you analyze hundreds of lost opportunities to identify which deals are worth re-engaging, and exactly how to win them back. Here's how it works: 1️⃣ Pattern Recognition Across Lost Deals Instead of reviewing losses one by one, ask Sculptor: "Which competitors are we losing to by deal size?" It analyzes your entire table and surfaces the breakdown instantly. Now you know your biggest competitive threats and can adjust your product roadmap accordingly. 2️⃣ Smart Re-Engagement Recommendations Ask Sculptor to create a re-engagement matrix based on closed-lost reason and deal context. It matches each opportunity to the right approach: → New product launch announcements → Competitor implementation check-ins → Pre-contract expiration outreach → Budget cycle timing plays 3️⃣ Ready-to-Use Messaging Sculptor doesn't just tell you who to reach out to—it generates sample messaging for each re-engagement scenario, prioritized by likelihood to convert. Try asking Sculptor: 💬 Which competitors are we losing to by deal size? 💬 Create a re-engagement matrix based on closed-lost reason with recommended messaging 💬 Show me all deals lost to timing issues in Q3 that are worth revisiting now 💬 What patterns do you see in deals lost to budget constraints? Your closed-lost deals are sitting on insights that could transform your win rate. Sculptor helps you find them. Try it today at clay.com.

What’s working in GTM right now? According to 195 GTM leaders surveyed by Kyle Poyar and Maja Voje: Clay is the #1 "Must try GTM tool" of 2025! We were also voted the #3 most impactful GTM tool behind ChatGPT and HubSpot -- great company to be in. 😇 This 2025 State of B2B GTM Report is jam packed with data-heavy infographics. Especially resonated with takeaway 3: "2026 needs to be the year of ruthless scaling". Time to shift from lots of experimentation and double-down on the channels that are crushing. Thanks so much for putting this together Kyle and Maja! Beautifully extracted insights -- what a service to the industry. We're Ranting about the lack of innovation in Marketing Automation. I've been in this space for over 15 years. And I want to see MORE. Most people have ended up using marketing automation to capture form fills, maybe do a nurture campaign and push to salesforce. The truth is, point solutions are more modern and a better experience. Luma for events Sequel.io for webinars Substack for newsletters Unbounce for landing pages And I 👀see you Clay. At Sculpt they released Audiences, and Email Capabilities, and Signals... Add form capture and the feature overlap is wild. I'm not saying we're ready to throw it out. But I am saying that we're ready for MORE. This is from someone who built their career being a marketing automation consultant. I was #1 in Eloqua's Topliners Community in 2012. I was gobbling up Adobe Marketo certs for years, and use HubSpot at Go Nimbly. And I'm serious. Marketers.. you're the biggest adopters of AI of any GTM team. WHAT ARE YOU BUILDING RIGHT NOW. I wanna seeeeeeeeee

What's the right go-to-market (GTM) motion for your product? I finally have data to give you a leg up ⤵️ Introducing the inaugural 2025 State of B2B GTM report. Maja Voje & I teamed up to bring you objective data into what's working in GTM right now and where is AI honestly making an impact. It's based on data from 195 B2B companies, mostly SaaS and hybrids of SaaS & AI. Get the full report in today's Growth Unhinged newsletter: https://lnkd.in/ea_zYUzB The five takeaways you need to know: 1. There are six main GTM motions in B2B. Inbound is the most popular, but not by much. As much as people love to hate on Outbound, don't count it out. 37% of B2B companies rely on either Outbound or an Account-Based GTM. Intent-based outbound is the 2nd most popular channel in terms of where teams plan to increase GTM budget in 2026. Outbound! (The 1st is AI discovery.) 2. 2025 was a year of (endless) exploration. The average software company says they have 5 core GTM channels and another 5.5 GTM channel experiments. This is, frankly, too 👏 da** 👏 many 👏 channels for a $1-10M ARR business! 3. 2026 needs to be the year of ruthless scaling. The single best channel in terms of likelihood of having an impact surprised me: intimate events. The first-ever GTM scorecard can help prioritize where to place your bets (see the full report 👀). 4. Everyone uses AI, relatively few see real GTM impact. Three-in-four GTM leaders said they have top-down pressure to adopt AI. But the impact of AI is a mixed bag. More than half (53%) said they see either no impact or limited impact from AI. The disillusionment was most acute around AI SDRs. In the words of one survey taker, “We tried an AI SDR for six months and were unable to generate a single opportunity.” Ouch. 5. The new GTM tech stack is mostly ChatGPT? There’s been a proliferation of next-gen GTM tools. Only one, ChatGPT, is having a breakout impact. ChatGPT was rated the #1 most impactful GTM tool with roughly 50 write-in mentions. The closest alternative was OG HubSpot, which had about 40 write-in mentions. Clay came in third with nearly 30 write-ins. --- THANK YOU to everyone who supported the survey!! 🙏🙏 - Kyle & Maja #gtm #ai #startups

Last week in Vienna, we joined Hg at their annual Growth Summit alongside 80 C-suite leaders from their portfolio companies. Everett Berry opened with our blueprint for AI GTM adoption (co-authored by Hg and Clay). Then we did something we'd never done before: a live hackathon with executives. Most attendees had never seen Clay before. In 90 minutes, 3 teams were presenting live POC workflows they built as solutions for their businesses: 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 A technical leader built a system that analyzes UK care providers' regulatory ratings, recent inspections, and hiring signals to generate personalized outreach for compliance software -- starting from just a customer name. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 + 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 A sales leader pulled target accounts from a Salesforce report, identified decision-makers by title, and ran waterfall enrichment to get contact data—turning a static list into actionable pipeline. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 A growth leader extracted companies' actual lease liability figures from public filings, then generated two styles of personalized emails (long-form empathetic vs. short "Axios-style"), each tailored with the prospect's specific industry, size, and lease data. All three leveraged Sculptor (our AI assistant) heavily. The natural language copilot allowed these executives with 0 prior platform knowledge to start building workflows and solving GTM challenges in real-time. Huge thank you to Chris Ross, Jack Claydon, and the Hg team for having us! Read the full AI GTM adoption blueprint in the comments. ⬇️
