Through my 15 years of professional experience and the last 3 years as a founder, one habit never changed. My calendar is always full of 1:1s. Every Week. Professionals. Founders. Operators. Mentors. Mentees. I’ve intentionally built this loop, learning how people navigate their careers, where they’re deliberate… and where they’re not. Why ? Because I enjoy championing people. And over time, you start to see patterns. You connect dots. You learn how decisions are actually made. So I started building something I wish I had years ago: An advisor who thinks like me on my best day. Not a clone. A compounding system. Every hard-earned lesson, every conversation, every pattern recognition → captured, refined, and fed into an evolving “Career Wisdom” knowledge base. Then plugged into AI. Result? An advisor that doesn’t forget. Doesn’t get tired. And gets sharper over time. So I wandered off recently to build this. Stumbled upon https://www.delphi.ai/ and picked this for this use. Near-zero friction, it is purpose-built for this exact use case. We’re moving from note-taking → to decision-shaping. From scattered insights → to structured thinking → to on-demand judgment. Optimistic take: Everyone will have their own board of advisors. The best ones will be self-built. I recorded a quick Loom showing my workflow, one use case: how I capture, structure, and evolve this system. If you’re curious, try chatting with my digital advisor (curated for career advice only): https://lnkd.in/gqGSzDCi What would your advisor bot look like?

As I continue to play around with different AI apps and think about their integration into the creator economy - I can't help but predict what world we might live in.. let's say in 5 years (or even less!!) Imagine being able to have a 1:1 conversation with your favorite creator, industry authority, or cultural tastemaker - not a chatbot, not a FAQ page. Their actual mind. Their POV, their frameworks, their taste. I had a chance to meet with the Delphi team and honestly? It might be one of the most interesting bets in the creator economy right now. I talk a lot about creators as media companies. The next evolution is creators as intellectual infrastructure: their knowledge, accessible at scale, without losing what makes them worth listening to in the first place (especially ones in specific niche who we dub as "knowledge creators" - like entrepreneurship/founders, relationship coaches/experts, health & wellness - ones with an authority on a topic and the ability to provide recommendations & advice. ) Imagine continuing the conversation after you watch a piece of content, listen to a podcast, or see someone speak at a conference - being able to keep asking, probing, and going deeper on any topic. So what did I do? I built my own. 👇 Check it out to talk to my "digital mind" 🧠 Ask me anything about creator marketing strategy, affiliate, building in AI, or the intersection of all three. (Excuse my brain, it's like 2 days old so I'll need more time to train it 😜 ) https://lnkd.in/eBSxRi6X But also… I'm old school too. Nothing replaces a real conversation and human interaction so if you want to actually yap - slide into my DMs. 😊 Curious what you all think of all this as a prediction on the next evolution of creators with the intersection of AI. #CreatorEconomy #AI

New Worldbuilders episode is live. Sumeet Singh, Founder & Managing Partner of Worldbuild, sits down with Dara Ladjevardian, Co-Founder and CEO of Delphi. Delphi lets you create a digital version of your mind - an interactive presence that can share your knowledge and represent you at scale. Before Delphi, Dara founded Friday, a text-based commerce tool he built and sold within a year. The idea started with Dara's grandfather. He'd had a stroke and couldn't be asked questions directly. After reading Ray Kurzweil's How to Create a Mind, Dara used GPT-3 to build a digital version of his grandfather - and realized the insight wasn't what the clone said, but that it came from someone he trusted. Dara on why Delphi exists: "Delphi kind of makes humans the main characters again, where AI is the main character right now." On Delphi's first year: "No one wanted our product. It was really painful. But the amount of companies that have tried Delphi's idea that pivot four months later because it's really painful to make work is so many. You just have to continue. And survive." On what can't be commoditized: "When knowledge is commoditized, what you can't really compete with is trust and owning the identity layer." They also covered why he chose LLMs over crypto, Dara selling his first startup and joining OpenStore to find a mentor and co-founder, the micro-pivots that shaped Delphi, and why individual IP still matters when ChatGPT can answer anything. Thanks so much for the incredible mentoring session Brian. I know it's late but I appreciate you taking the time -- it was very helpful. Your thoughtful pushback was amazing. Hearing me out and teasing out signal from noise gave me more clarity about what I need to do next. PS: I mean... I know it's not actually Brian, it's a Delphi LLM trained on his voice. But still, to me it's as if I listened to him say those words. Is that weird?

“If we were intelligent enough, we would never need experiments.” Spenser Skates (Cofounder & CEO of Amplitude) thinks the current obsession with "Taste" is a trap. In 2026, the popular narrative is that intuition is the only moat left. Spenser believes the opposite: relying on your gut is the fastest way to get outpaced. The winners of the AI era won't be the most “tasteful” at the start - they’ll be the ones using AI to 100x their output. High volume generates more data. More data develops better taste. Quantity is the only real path to quality. In this week’s episode of The Library of Minds, Amplitude's CEO deconstructs why the data-driven era is actually just beginning, how the entire product development loop is being fully automated, and what keeps him going after 13+ years of the startup grind.

What got us from 0 to 1 isn't what will get us from 1 to N. 3 years ago, before the launch of ChatGPT, we set out to start a company that most people thought was impossible. To be honest, many people still think it's impossible today. Multiple rounds of rejection and external doubt later, we went from 0 to 1 and created the category of "Digital Minds". We built an exceptional team and earned the backing of investors like Sequoia and Founders Fund. It wasn’t easy. There were probably moments we should have pivoted. But we kept pushing. Today we work with some of the top minds in their fields - Lenny Rachitsky, Brian Halligan, Eckhart Tolle, Vanessa Van Edwards, Dr. Mark Hyman. Delphi is the place people go to learn from them, get their advice, and access their expertise. Looking ahead, we believe Delphi is how every human will represent themselves in the AI age. A new way for people to meet, connect with, and learn from one another. But to get there, we need to evolve. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗶 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗩𝗣 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 - someone who has taken a consumer platform from 1 to N and knows the tradeoffs required to build infrastructure that supports millions. An AI-native builder and culture carrier. In the early years, I had an almost allergic reaction to "experience" - I believed purely in slope over y-intercept. As we've scaled, I've come to understand that to get where we want to go, we need someone who has already been there. If that's you, or someone you know, I want to talk.
