This past week, we welcomed over 30 Express Store Managers to our Columbus HQ to launch our new ONE Academy: Store Manager Immersion Program. This program was designed to not only build strong leaders but also create lasting connections across our leadership community. Congratulations to these ONE Coaches that completed their certification—we are excited for you to bring the ONE Team vision to new Express Store Managers and build a legacy of talent.
