The best brief we got this year was ''you already know the site.'' In April, we migrated commercetools to Webflow. About a week later, they asked us to redesign it. We'd love to say the migration alone won them over. Part of it was simpler than that: the team that had just rebuilt every page already knew where everything lived, so the redesign started with no briefing, no onboarding and no new vendor learning their CMS from zero. The new site went live in August. It has agentic product templates, a partner program, and a resources hub covering the blog, newsroom, events and white papers. We ran SEO audits before and after launch, so nothing that already ranked got lost along the way. That's what your WebOps team looks like in practice.

October is here 🎃 We're no Jordan Peele or Curry Barker, but we heard a distressing website story from the marketing community and decided to shoot a horror film of our own. "I Know What You Bid Last Summer" is episode 1 of Marketing Horror Stories. A CMO picks the cheapest bid for the website migration, and a year later he finds out what it really cost. Based on a true story, unfortunately. It's now screening on our website, along with the full written story. Does it make your #31DaysOfHorror list?

Most people her age are still figuring out their first budget. Teodora manages ours. Some people make things look easy. She makes them look automatic. Contracts, forecasts, client finance. It all lands on her desk, and it all leaves sorted. When the work got repetitive, she didn't wait for help. She built it. Calm when the numbers get messy. Firm when the budgets get ambitious. Fair every single time. Thank you, Teodora Antic, for keeping Flow Ninja running while the rest of us chase big ideas. 💙

Payra helps finance teams get paid faster regardless of the accounting software they use. We designed and built their new website from the ground up. It includes a dedicated page for each accounting system they integrate with, from NetSuite to QuickBooks, so prospects see exactly how Payra fits their stack. Using Webflow means their team can now add a page for each new integration without raising a dev ticket. See it live at payra.com

Nobody writes a case study about the year the website went wrong. Somebody had to. We've spent years talking to marketers at global scale-ups and enterprises, and they tell us things that never make it into anything public. The person who lived it moves on and the lesson goes with them. So we collected the ones we found scariest. First up: three bids came in, the cheapest one got approved, and one person in that room said the math didn't work. Marketing Horror Stories is live: a short film and the whole year that led up to it, written out. A new one every month. Rated M. For marketers.

Slack got a little quieter this summer. A few out-of-office replies here and there, as some of the team took time off. Work didn't slow down, though. New 5-star Clutch reviews rolled in, Uroš took the stage as a speaker at Webflow Conf, and our work with Uberall landed a finalist nod. Turns out rest and good news can happen at the same time. 🏖

Migrating one website is stressful enough. Now try 3 sub-brand sites, all live, all at once, with zero room for downtime. That was the challenge with Encompass Technologies. Instead of a risky one-shot migration, we broke it into 5 structured batches. Each one moved, tested, and reviewed with the client before touching the next. No surprises, no downtime, no "let's just wing it and hope." The migration shipped clean, and Webflow liked the approach enough to feature it as one of their own customer stories.

Turns out the best agency conversations happen off the clock. We brought the first edition of Agency Summer Nights to Primo's in Tribeca with DBA Studio. Candlelight, a couple of short talks, and a room of people who'd rather compare notes than compete for the same pitch. Nobody was selling anything. Everybody stayed anyway. Thanks to DBA Studio and Laura Zheng Doyon for co-hosting, and to everyone who showed up.🍸

Everything this man does, we don't. Except closing. We're hiring! Role: Sales & Account Management Intern. Three months in our Niš office. Do it well, and it turns into a Junior job with your own book of clients. You win the deal, then you keep it and grow it. Coached by an experienced AE and our Commercial Manager on real calls with real clients. Experience is a plus, not a requirement. We screen for mindset and teach the rest. Applications close on 20th September. Link in comments 👇

Webflow Conf. One question: what's next? We went to Boston to find out. Uroš took the stage with an answer. Months of work. One analytics project. Tested on us first. Good time, Webflow. See you next year.
