I am excited to share that I am joining the Imagine H2O team! I’ve had my eye on this organization since I entered the water industry and have been profoundly inspired by the countless impactful companies that have gone through their startup accelerator. In fact, my last company (WaterSmart Software, now VertexOne) was one of them! It is an honor to now shift my focus from the one to the many, as I will be supporting the continued growth of their global portfolio of accelerator graduates.

I am thrilled to join the Imagine H2O team in pursuit of unlocking startup-driven innovation in the water sector. As Director of the Accelerator Program I will work with entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners to help bring breakthrough technologies to market with measurable impacts in health, climate, access and circularity. My 3.5 years at McKinsey showed me how powerful it is when talented people rally around tough challenges. The “McKinsey magic” comes from the relationships, the problem-solving mindset, and the shared commitment to making a difference. I’ll plan to carry that forward into this next chapter. To the colleagues and clients I had the chance to work with and learn from: this isn’t goodbye. Let’s stay in touch!
