Starting on the 8th of September, iDiversity’s CPD-certified Introduction to Co-Coaching in the Workplace course will explore the principles and purpose of co-coaching, how it differs from 1:1 coaching, and how it can be used within workplace settings. Across four remote sessions, facilitated by Tanja Conway-Grim and Nicola Hickinbotham, Trained to ICF Standards participants will also explore neuro-affirmative approaches, with a focus on compassion, empathy and non-judgement, whilst developing practical co-coaching skills. Quality standards that help us to better help our customers matter to me and my team. I am starting the week celebrating that Iansyst Ltd recently achieved our ISO9001 Quality Standard renewal and I want to thank Samantha Elbrow who led the audit process, and all of the team at Iansyst for the work they do every day. We are so pleased to have the opportunity to work in this sector. To connect with Disability Practitioners, Study Needs Assessors and an amazing range of AT software publishers, ergonomic and specialist suppliers across the UK. Collectively we have many years of knowledge and we feel passionate about helping to support disabled and neurodivergent individuals to access the right assistive technology and training solutions for their needs. The thing about achieving the ISO9001 Quality Standard accreditation is that it helps to embed a team commitment towards continuous improvement. It needs to be a fresh look, rather than a continuation of only doing the same things. We are looking at that.
