Last week was our first ever User conference #cxsummit #levelup2025 at Level AI along with #customeradvisoryboard I'm always pumped with all the great innovation at Level AI - truly #genai and #agentic owning the #ai layer and driving massive innovation compared to so many other companies rather all other companies that claim to be #ai, just making a call into #chatgpt or other LLMs. What stuck me the most is the customer obsession that we have which makes it truly relevant and meaningful for our customers. Hearing our customers speak highly about the product as passionate as we are and more so the impact it is driving to every #cx stakeholder and moving core #cx metrics is truly the only way to measure success! It was incredible to hear several of those stories in CAB, several main stage presentations as well as case study interviews! The keynote by Ashish Nagar truly showed the urgency and speed of change at #ai that really struck a chord with everyone in terms of how we will all be left behind if we don't embrace this powerful wave! Totally enjoyed running a panel with hardcore #practitioners on #cxbestpractices move from the grand vision and great product to real outcomes - great grounded, practical ways to deliver adoption, alignment and change management to drive outcomes. Thanks Hannah Ramsdell Latoya Nabors and Angie McDonald absolutely wonderful insights! The session by one of the most sought after professors from Stanford University Christopher Potts was absolutely insighful and revealing on how #ai has fundamentally changed the software development approach. Every stakeholder has an input into shaping development iteratively to improve core #ai blowing away the old way of development with everything in the hands of a product manager or developer! Prompts are so much more important than ever. Improvement loops is critical not just evals and it is not just the models but compounds systems that matter in AI. Another exciting session on #composablecx #ai and talking about the value of better together with the #ccaas #ai and #wem stack by Ajay Awatramani and Ryan Wang was really helping see thru this all from the lens of buyers - on how providing a reference architecture, unlocking new use cases shows the power of the integrated platform and helps customers make a choice that is more meaningful. Last, not the least wonderful to meet and get energy from this incredible #team at Level AI Ashish Nagar Sirisha M. Christopher Potts gave a memorable AI Keynote at #LevelUp2025 and everyone in the audience was busy taking notes. His conversation with Sumeet Khullar on building robust AI systems was equally insightful. If you don't follow his videos on YouTube please do.
