    UPDATE: As promised on my first 2 received Trash Cans with Crumbled Letters. 🎯 Two trash cans. Two conversations. Zero voicemails left to die. Here's what happened: 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 (received the can 12/15) Sent my follow-up email with "Crumbled Letter" in the subject line. Asked if they'd received my trash can. Response time: 6 minutes. They gave me the name of the head decision maker. Reached out to him. Jake and I have a 9am call tomorrow morning. All of this — under an hour. 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻, 𝗧𝗫 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 (received the can 12/15) Called in. Chase picks up and says my contact Juilia is at lunch. I said, "Tell her the guy who sent the trash can with the crumbled letter called." Chase starts laughing. He tells me it was the best thing he's seen and the whole office loved it. Julia emailed me back: "Now we're on her radar." Said she'll let us quote when things get busy. I asked when that is — told her I'm disappointed she won't get another crumbled letter. Her response? She expects another one. And we're at the top of her list for projects in mid-January. 📍 Everyone's optimizing email sequences. I'm optimizing confusion. 📍 Everyone's tracking open rates. I'm tracking UPS delivery confirmations. 📍 Everyone's scaling outreach. I'm scaling conversations. 💡 Professional insight: How many dials does it take to book 2 appointments?   • REBEL HABITS FOR 2026 - Day 16 - Tues December 16th, Rebels Today we notice what energizes vs drains you Your body is a brilliant feedback system. It's constantly telling you what serves your soul and what depletes it. The rebellion is actually listening. Today's rebellious nudge:  Pay attention to your internal battery. Rebelicious insight:  we've been taught to push through everything: Tired? Coffee. Drained? Suck it up, Sally. Energized? Don't get too excited, there's work to do. But what if your energy levels are actually data about your alignment? Today's micro-rebel-action:  Notice how different people, tasks, and environments affect your energy: ⚡  Which conversations leave you feeling more alive? ⚡  What activities make time disappear vs drag by? ⚡  Who do you feel more yourself around vs who makes you shrink? ⚡  Which parts of your day feel effortless vs exhausting? ⚡  What environments make you want to create vs hide? Tonight's reflection:  What patterns did you notice? Where’s your energy trying to guide you toward something? Away from something? The rebellion isn't about avoiding everything difficult. It's about distinguishing between good hard (challenges that grow you) and bad hard (things that slowly kill your spirit). This is the way.   • REBEL HABITS FOR 2026 - Day 15 - Mon December 15th, Rebels Week 3: Connection to Purpose + Meaning begins today. This week we stop just changing habits and start connecting to WHY they matter. Today's rebellion:  Ask "Why does this matter to me?" Not what you think you ‘should’ care about. Not what looks good on paper. Not what everyone else is chasing. What actually lights you up from the inside? Rebelicious insight:  Most of us are running on autopilot not just with our routines…  with our values. We inherited someone else's definition of ‘success’ and never quite questioned whether it fits our soul. Today's micro-rebel-action:  Pick one thing you spend significant time/energy on and ask the uncomfortable question: 🔍  "Why does this matter to me... really?" 🔍  "Am I doing this because I love it, or because I think I should?" 🔍  "What would I do differently if no one was watching?" 🔍  "When I'm 80, will I be glad I spent my energy here?" Tonight's reflection:  What surprised you about your answers? Where did you discover misalignment between what you do and what you actually care about? The rebellion isn't about changing everything overnight. It's about getting honest about what deserves your precious life energy, your focus, your one wild life. This is the way.   • REBEL HABITS FOR 2026 - Day 14 -  Sun December 14th, Rebels Week 2 reflection time: This week you've been practicing pattern interruption and micro-adventures:  🙇🏻♀️  Interrupted your morning autopilot 🙇🏻♀️  Took different routes (literal and metaphorical) 🙇🏻♀️  Started conversations beyond the surface 🙇🏻♀️  Did tiny scary things that made your bum-hole clench 🙇🏻♀️  Shifted your energy and showed up differently 🙇🏻♀️  Chose pure, pointless joy Today's reflection questions: Which day made you feel most alive? Better yet… Most uncomfortable? What surprised you about breaking your patterns? Where did you discover you had more courage than you thought? What conversation or moment of joy are you still grinning about? Which "micro-adventure" are you most proud of? Rebelicious insight:  You've been practicing presence. Instead of sleepwalking through your days, you've been choosing consciousness. That’s huge. Every pattern you interrupted was you saying "I'm awake. I'm here. I'm choosing." This week's win:  You remembered that life is meant to be LIVED, not just survived. Adventure doesn't require a passport (even though DALE used his this past week… show off)  it just requires paying attention and being willing to color outside the lines of your routine.   • 🚨 MISSING PERSONS REPORT 🚨 Sales folklore says prospects “disappear.” Ghost. Vanish. Fall into the void. Here’s the uncomfortable truth: Most prospects aren’t missing. They just don’t feel safe saying no. When buyers feel pressured, cornered, or managed… silence becomes the kindest exit. The rebellion isn’t better follow-ups. It’s better conversations.   • REBEL HABITS FOR 2026 - Day 13 - Sat December 13th, Rebels Today we do something just for the joy of it. Not because it's productive. Not because it serves a goal. Not because anyone's watching or it'll look good on LinkedIn. Today's rebellion: Choose pure, pointless joy. Rebelicious insight:  We've been so conditioned to optimize everything that we've forgotten how to do things just because they make us happy. When's the last time you did something completely "useless" that lit you up? Today's micro-rebel-action:  pick something that serves absolutely no purpose except making you smile: 🌈 Build a blanket fort in your living room 🌈 Have a dance party for one to your most ridiculous playlist 🌈 Buy yourself flowers for no reason and name them 🌈 Wear your favorite outfit to do absolutely nothing special 🌈 Make weird faces at yourself in every mirror you pass 🌈 Text someone a completely random compliment 🌈 Draw something terrible and hang it up 🌈 We’d be upset if (8) of you didn’t eat ice cream for breakfast Tonight's reflection: How'd it feel to do something completely "unproductive"? When did you last feel that free? The rebellion isn't against achievement. It's against forgetting that joy for joy's sake is actually the whole point. This is the way.   • REBEL HABITS FOR 2026 - Day 12 - Fri December 12th, Rebels Today we change one small thing about how you show up. Not your whole personality …  just one teeny tiny shift in your energy that makes YOU notice you're being different. Today's rebellion:  Show up with a slightly different vibe… like your mojo took a shot of espresso Rebelicious insight:  How you show up is a choice. Your energy, your presence, your approach - it's all adjustable. Most of us just... forget we have options. Today's micro-rebel-action:  pick one small way to shift your energy: ✨ Speak 10% slower than usual and watch how it changes conversations ✨ Stand like you're secretly a superhero (chest out, shoulders back, hint of a smirk, and you’re donning a cape) ✨ Make eye contact with everyone … 2 seconds longer … than feels normal ✨ Use your "phone voice" in regular conversations… then ask when they look at you sideways:  “is that weird?” ✨ Walk like you've got your favorite song playing in your head… dare you to share what 🎶 just popped into your noggin’ ✨ Respond to everything with "Excellent question!" even when it's not … it’s not a ‘lie’ … it’s giving the other person a moment to feel seen Tonight's reflection:  How did shifting your energy change how people responded to you? How did it change how YOU felt? The rebellion isn't about being fake. It's about remembering you have more range than your default setting. This is the way.   • REBEL HABITS FOR 2026 - Day 11 - Thurs December 11th, Rebels. Today we try something that scares you (teeny tiny rebelicious version) Not bungee jumping (although that is how Dale does his demos) or public speaking. We're nudging those small acts of courage you avoid because they feel... vulnerable. Today's rebellion: Do one tiny brave thing. Rebelicious insight: Most of our fears aren't about actual danger. They're about being seen, judged, or rejected. But courage isn't the absence of fear - it's feeling the flutter and doing it anyway. Today's micro-rebel-action: Pick one small thing that makes your bum-hole clench a wee bit: 😬  Order your latte with a completely fake accent and commit to it the whole transaction 😬  Ask your barista to "surprise you with whatever drink matches your aura today" 😬  Order a "medium large" coffee with complete confidence 😬  Use jazz hands while explaining something important to someone 😬  Walk backwards for an entire block and pretend it's totally normal 😬  Have a full conversation with a houseplant in public 😬  Eat your lunch in reverse order (dessert first, obviously) 😬  Pretend you're a tourist in your own city and ask locals for directions to places you know perfectly well 😬  Use a completely inappropriate voice (like movie trailer narrator) for ordering food 😬  Bring a ridiculous mug to a coffee shop and ask them to fill it 😬  Count your steps out loud while walking and see how long you can keep it up 😬  Skip.  Just. Skip.  We dare you to not laugh concurrently We got carried away … you’re welcome and our hope is that 3-7 of you will not only do the do, will come back with your own versions so we can cultivate a space of IMAGINATION run amok! Tonight's reflection: How’d your body feel before, during, and after your tiny act of courage?  Where did it show up:  throat, chest, butt-hole? What story did you tell yourself that turned out not to be true? The rebellion isn't about being reckless. It's about remembering that you're braver than your comfort zone wants you to believe.  THAT’S your super power.  This is the way. Day 12 preview: Change one small thing about how you show up
