Through our Day of Service efforts, Samsung donated thousands of Halloween treats for young people at Oasis - A Haven for Women and Children, whose mission is to empower women and children to rise out of poverty through programs in education, workforce development and social services. Each goody bag filled with magical fun was packed by our Samsung team with care to bring a little extra joy to families in need this holiday season. “This year’s Day of Service was particularly rewarding knowing that the Halloween treats were destined for women and children,” says Andres F. This year, Samsung was proud to present the 4th Annual Englewood Cliffs Day in partnership with the Borough of Englewood Cliffs, a community celebration that brought together hundreds of residents for a day filled with connection, laughter and family fun. The event marked the biggest and best-attended Englewood Cliffs Day yet complete with rides, music and plenty of treats. As Mayor MARK PARK shared, “This year’s celebration was a safe, fun, and memorable day for all ages with record-setting participation from the community. Two new Samsung Experience Stores are now open at Queens Center in New York and Mall of America in Minnesota. More than just retail spaces, these new locations are designed as immersive destinations where visitors can explore Samsung’s latest innovations firsthand. From Galaxy smartphones and wearables to connected home technology, visitors can find device spotlights and interactive zones that deliver a dynamic and engaging guest experience. The expansion reflects Samsung’s continued commitment to reimagining the retail experience and deepening connections with our customers across the country. “This moment is about more for us than unveiling a new space. “Success here isn’t individual — it’s collective.” When Bhargava Rayaprolu (Sai) joined Samsung Electronics America as a contractor in 2017, he didn’t expect that it would become such a defining part of his personal and professional journey. His first role was straightforward, to develop an application for Commissioning and Integration activities — but what unfolded next went far beyond technology. After seeing his commitment to automation and efficiency, Sai’s manager chose to retain his role once his assignment was completed. “That moment was my first real experience of Samsung’s belief in People — recognizing potential, nurturing growth and valuing dedication over designation,” says Sai. “It showed me that at Samsung, when you give your 100%, leadership doesn’t just acknowledge it — they invest in you.” Then, in 2021, Sai achieved a milestone he’ll always cherish, becoming a full-time employee. For him, this represented Samsung’s value of Integrity — the idea that consistent effort, ownership and sincerity build lasting trust. Since then, he’s earned multiple promotions and grown into a leadership role,carrying forward the same values that shaped his journey. “I’m deeply grateful to the mentors, leaders, and peers who shaped my journey. My goal now is to pay it forward — by mentoring, sharing, and continuing to build a culture that lives Samsung’s values every day.” Through mentorship, leadership training and collaboration, Sai has learned to invest in others just as others invested in him. We recently celebrated the opening of our new Customer Service Call Center in Mauldin, SC — highlighting the continued importance Samsung places on having real-life agents available to assist our customers. The nearly 15,000-square-foot facility will be home to 150 employees, with the potential to expand in 2026. As part of Samsung’s commitment to delivering best-in-class customer care, the facility also includes a training lab for our call center agents to further develop their skills and better serve our customers. We were honored to celebrate this milestone alongside Mauldin Mayor Terry Merritt and City Councilman Taft Matney. This opening marks a step forward in deepening our roots in South Carolina and our ability to serve not only customers, but our new neighbors in the surrounding area.
