Every element is correct. The whole thing is wrong. You can always tell. The photo, the paragraph, the interface. Nothing is technically broken and something is clearly off. There's an old word for this. Gestalt. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts, which means every part can be right while the whole still fails. Coherence isn't a model problem. It's a context problem. What patterns already exist, what things are called here, what data shows up where. A tool that can read your codebase knows all of that before it designs anything.
