Agentic AI is getting easier to build. Production-ready agentic AI is a different challenge. Our new whitepaper, “18 Rules for Enterprise Agentic AI,” lays out a practical approach to putting agents into production safely. A few of the rules: ✅ Separate conversational capability from execution authority. An agent can understand a complex request without having unrestricted permission to act. ✅ Start with bounded agents. Give agents room to reason within defined workflows, with controlled access and clear escalation when something falls outside their scope. ✅ Expand autonomy selectively.
