Services are about to become the next competitive moat. The companies that figure out how to deliver and price around outcomes will pull ahead. The ones that don't will be stuck justifying hours while their competitors are selling results. That's the shift we're seeing across Professional Services right now, and it's exactly what this session is built to address. Join Brian Hodges and Mahesh B. as they break down how PS leaders can plan ahead and prepare for the outcome era. If you lead delivery, own a services business, or want to stay ahead of where this market is going, this is for you. Register: https://lnkd.in/gU2JHt2H

That's a wrap on PropelX, still buzzing from it a week later! 🎉 What an incredible day it turned out to be. 250+ leaders in service delivery came together under one roof, and honestly, the energy in the room said it all. Our biggest hope was simple: that peer learning would spark real conversations about outcomes, and from what we saw and heard, it did. So many great discussions, so many new connections made. To every speaker who took the time to share their knowledge and energy with us, thank you. This event was nothing without you. Tagging you all below, go check out the amazing work they do! Next year, we're coming back bigger and better. Should we make it 400+? Let us know in the comments. Clients will stopped paying for your time soon. Most PS leaders haven't caught up. The old model made sense when effort was scarce and hard to see. Now AI makes effort visible and cheap, and clients are asking what they're actually paying for. Brian Hodges and Mahesh B. are answering that question in a live session, with steps you can use this week. Your clients are already comparing you to firms that sell outcomes, not hours. The ones who move first set the price! Register now: https://lnkd.in/gU2JHt2H

What can you build in one day? Last week, 32 people spent a day in London finding out. They had every Nitro agent open to them, plus Anthropic, ElevenLabs and Lovable, and about 2.5 hours of build time. Plenty of them headed straight for our Migration and Workforce agents and barely looked up after that. Our winners: 🥇 GoCardless, for a checker merchants run on their own payment pages before submitting for compliance review. One of the only builds solving a customer's problem, not an internal one. 🥈Solera Holdings, LLC., for a migration tool that moves customers off a legacy product without the usual spreadsheet. 🥉 Nomentia, for a tool that reads the Salesforce thread and writes the handoff. He joined on Zoom after his flight was cancelled and still came third. Thank you to our judges: Krish Subramanian, co-founder and CEO of Chargebee, Tatiana Molina, Chief Customer Officer at Webexpenses, , and Brett Jarvis, VP of Customer Success and Experience at Rocketlane. And to Konstantinos (Costa) Xynos Xynos, Head of Professional Services at GoCardless, for hosting us.

Another great panel at PropelX. Strategic Imperatives for Outcomes in an AI World brought together Adam Maze (Managing Consultant, Garwood), Martin Roxby (Director & Co-Founder, J21A), Steve Beckley (Director & Co-Founder, J21A), and Simon England (Partner, Garwood), moderated by Heather Pertel (Head of Partnerships & Alliances, Rocketlane). A rich discussion on what it really takes to stay outcome-focused as AI reshapes how delivery gets done. #RocketlanePropelX #ServiceDelivery #OutcomeEra

Strong session at PropelX from Gabi Sicher on Stop Selling Hours: How We Rebuilt Delivery Around Outcomes. She started with a sharp callout of the old world: teams trained people on the product, not on the outcome they were trying to reach. Sessions were product-first, work was delivered but never anchored to a business result, and "done" just meant the sessions ran out, not that the customer actually succeeded. A good reminder that hours delivered and value delivered are not the same thing. #RocketlanePropelX #ServiceDelivery #OutcomeEra

Everyone talks about what AI could do for professional services. We asked PS leaders what happened when they actually put it to work, and the reality was far more useful than the theory. Early rollouts failed, adoption stalled, and even successful time savings raised a bigger question: what should teams do differently once AI is part of delivery? Here are 6 lessons from leaders already figuring it out → For more, download the 2026 Outcome Era Ideabook, featuring six chapters packed with the best ideas, stories, and insights from Propel26. What a panel at PropelX. Building the AI-Native PS Function brought together Jon Fletcher (Director of AI Workflow Architecture, OneAdvanced), Liam Miner (VP Professional Services, Contentsquare), and Maya Weintraub Kaye (Delivery Director, Datatonic), moderated by Randeep Jaidka (Global VP of Professional Services, Rocketlane). A great conversation on what it actually takes to build a PS function that is AI-native from the ground up, not just AI-assisted. #RocketlanePropelX #ServiceDelivery #OutcomeEra

Great session at PropelX from Sukanya Kuppuswamy, VP of Professional Services at Chargebee, on Redesigning PS Teams for the Outcome Era. Her core point: AI does not just change how the work gets done, it changes who does what. As agents take on more execution, PS leaders need to rethink where people add the most value, which roles stay distinct, and where responsibilities start to converge. She made a strong case for services teams where people and agents work side by side, expertise shifts to being more consultative, and success is measured by a lot more than just the number of go-lives. #RocketlanePropelX #ServiceDelivery #OutcomeEra
