Our EmpowHer ERG (Employee Resource Group) recently concluded Grab A Mic, an initiative designed to help employees strengthen their public speaking skills and express their ideas with clarity and impact. The program featured multiple rounds from qualifier sessions and debates to a high-energy final presentation challenge. With over 125 enthusiastic participants, the initiative created an engaging platform for RealPagers to showcase their talent, learn from one another, and step outside their comfort zones. We recently wrapped up the 5th annual edition of our internal global technology and design conference, ShortStack 2025, where we gather industry leaders and innovators to share insights and advancements in technology. Our Internship program at RealPage India is a flagship program which empowers the next generation of tech talent. Since its launch in February 2023 with 80 interns, the program has provided meaningful opportunities to over 500 interns, with many successfully transitioning into full-time roles across Engineering, IT, Product Support, and more. With an active cohort of around 150 interns, the program continues to scale and make a measurable impact.   Our interns don’t just learn, they build. They work on real-world projects, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with mentors and leaders who help shape their professional journey. Our young talent is hired from colleges primarily in Telangana.   By focusing on skill development, mentorship, and real-world problem solving, the program has become a strong early talent pipeline and a testament to our culture of learning and innovation.
