Some safety tips to keep in mind this Halloween:  - Stay Visible: Wear bright or reflective costumes and carry a flashlight to ensure you're seen by drivers.  - Check Treats: Inspect all candy and treats before eating them. Avoid homemade treats from strangers.  - Stick Together: Trick-or-treat in groups and stay with your friends or family.  - Avoid Walking in the Street: Use sidewalks and avoid walking in the street whenever possible. Always cross the street at crosswalks and look both ways before crossing. As we celebrate, let's also keep our sustainability goals in mind - consider using reusable bags for treats and opting for eco-friendly costumes and decorations. 🎉This #WestonWednesday we are spotlighting Foster Cavell, a dedicated Project Financial Specialist who has been with Weston for over two decades! 🌟  Cavell oversees financial management for various projects, delivering services to Commercial, State, Local, and Federal Clients. She began her career at Weston as an administrative temp and has found it to be a wonderful company to work for. She appreciates working at Weston due to the diverse backgrounds of her colleagues. Their varied perspectives and expertise help solve complex problems, leading to positive outcomes for our environment and communities. When asked about her favorite project at Weston, Cavell shared: "My projects are diverse, and they are all interesting to me, but my current fascination in and outside of Weston is with Clean Energy type projects/programs/industry news. I am currently working on an electric vehicle program for a major city in Texas and am excited to take on more projects like this as demand from clients and consumers increases. It sure would be nice to know I was a part of that process. Thumbs up to Clean Energy Initiatives."
