    🎃 A Spooky Brand Evolution! 🥤 When you think Christmas, you probably think Coke. When you think Halloween, you probably think Fanta. But here’s a treat (no trick!) – Fanta has only been our “scary good” Halloween brand since 2012! Before that, Halloween belonged to Coca-Cola – all the way back to 1926, when we published our first Halloween ad (five years before the debut of our famous Santa!) featuring a family, a Jack-O’-Lantern, and an ice-cold Coke. The “Thirst Knows No Season” campaign in the 1920s encouraged Coke year-round, with ads showing falling leaves, witches, ghosts, and even our mid-century mascot Sprite Boy trick-or-treating for Coke. And while Halloween today is all about Fanta fun, our Coke Halloween artifacts in the Archives still give us pumpkin to talk about. 🕸️
