Today, Zoom reported Q2 FY27 results. What stands out most to me is the progress we’re making in translating our AI strategy into measurable business outcomes for our customers As organizations seek greater value from their AI investments, Zoom is delivering as a system of action, turning conversations into outcomes and helping customers get work done. We saw that show up across the business this quarter: Total revenue of $1.28 billion grew 4.9% year over year, above the high end of our guidance Enterprise revenue grew 7.8% year over year, the strongest rate in three years reflecting progress across our priorities to diversify revenue, monetize AI and move up market while lowering churn. Zoom CX grew at a high double-digit year-over-year rate, with a record number of seven-figure ARR deals; AI continues to be the driver with paid AI in nine of the top ten CX deals Zoom Virtual Agent customers grew +250% year over year as customers Licensed monthly active users of AI features in Zoom Workplace grew 125% year over year, with engagement broadening from reactive communication summaries into active querying and workflow building RPO grew 14% year over year, with non-current RPO up 25%, reflecting larger, longer, multi-product deals For more on our Q2 results, check out the following video and visit investors.zoom.com.
