Angie Rupp shared thisOne of the most rewarding parts of my job is getting a front-row seat to our customers' growth stories. Over the past year, I've had the opportunity to partner with Hippo Veterinary Group as they continue expanding into new locations, and it's been so much fun helping bring each space to life. This lobby is one of my favorites - not only because it turned out beautifully, but because we were able to incorporate custom upholstery colors to align with Hippo's brand and create a space that feels uniquely theirs. A big thank you to Lesro Industries, Inc. for helping make that vision a reality. It's an honor to play a small role in creating welcoming environments for the teams caring for our four-legged family members every day. Congratulations to the entire Hippo Veterinary Group team on your continued growth. I can't wait to see what's next! 🦛🐾 #VeterinaryDesign #HealthcareFurniture #NationalBusinessFurniture

Angie Rupp reposted thisAngie Rupp reposted thisLas Vegas - I’m hiring an Outside Sales Account Executive. And no, this is not one of those “unlimited earning potential” jobs where you somehow still make $47k and cry in your car between appointments. I’m looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, read people, get out into the field, and genuinely grow business. This role is for someone who: - thrives on autonomy - likes relationship-driven sales - wants to own and grow a territory - can prospect, network, and create opportunities - wants real uncapped earning potential The Las Vegas market has massive upside and a strong existing foundation, but I want someone hungry enough to expand it even further. Our top reps earn well into six figures. If you’re already succeeding in B2B sales but feel capped where you are, let’s talk. And if you know somebody in Las Vegas who would absolutely crush in outside sales, tag them below or send them my way. #LasVegas #Hiring #SalesJobs #OutsideSales #AccountExecutive #B2BSales #BusinessDevelopment #CommercialFurniture #FurnitureIndustry #SalesLeadership #LasVegasJobs #Careers #WomenInSales #Leadership #FieldSales

Angie Rupp shared this“Commercial grade” gets thrown around a lot… but what does it actually mean—and is it worth it? Short answer: yes. But not just for the reason most people think. Commercial grade furniture isn’t just about being sturdier—it’s about being built for real-life use at scale. Think: • Daily use (and misuse) from dozens of people • Cleaning chemicals, spills, constant movement • Parts that can be replaced instead of replacing the whole product • Tested standards like ANSI/BIFMA for safety and durability It’s designed to perform day in and day out—not just look good on install day. Here’s where the investment conversation shifts: ➡️ Residential-grade furniture is cheaper upfront—but often gets replaced faster ➡️ Commercial-grade furniture costs more initially—but is built to last, adapt, and be serviced So instead of asking “What’s the price?” A better question is: “What’s the cost over time?” Because in workplaces, schools, and public spaces… furniture isn’t just décor—it’s infrastructure. And infrastructure should work as hard as the people using it. #CommercialFurniture #WorkplaceDesign #OfficeFurniture #BuiltToLast #SmartInvestments

Angie Rupp shared thisOpen offices promised collaboration… But somewhere along the way, we lost focus. Lately, I’ve been seeing more flexible solutions designed to bring privacy into open spaces - but Canopy from KFI Studios? I’m completely obsessed. 🤩 These aren’t just desks. They’re micro-environments designed for the way people actually work: ✔️ Acoustic + visual privacy ✔️ Built-in lighting (no more bad Zoom lighting 🙃) ✔️ Integrated power ✔️ Height-adjustable for flexibility And the best part? You don’t have to redesign an entire space to fix a productivity problem. A few of the best applications I’m seeing: • Open offices that need heads-down zones • Student success centers + libraries • Hybrid offices adding reservable focus stations It’s a simple shift: 👉 Instead of choosing between open or private 👉 We design for both Because sometimes the most valuable thing you can give someone at work is… a quiet place to think. Curious - where would you put something like this in your space? #WorkplaceDesign #FutureOfWork #HybridWork

Angie Rupp shared thisThe best part of my job isn’t the furniture - it’s the people. Yes, I get to help with some really great projects. But what sticks with me are the conversations in between. They share real things - what’s going on in their lives, the highs and the hard moments. I’ve had people open up about losing family members, navigating big transitions, and everything in between. And sometimes, it’s just the small, unexpected moments that make your day. Recently, I was talking with a customer about our dogs. I mentioned mine is a little spoiled… and without missing a beat, he said: “No, he’s not spoiled. He’s well compensated for the contributions he makes to your family.” I’m still laughing about that one. 😂 But honestly - isn't that what we all truly value? Not just the end result, but relationships built on trust - where people feel comfortable being real, and that goes both ways. Because when you show up as a real person (not just a job title), it gives others permission to do the same. Those small moments? They’re the whole point. 💙

Angie Rupp shared thisEver find the perfect furniture piece… but it’s the wrong size, finish, or price? 🤔 At NBF, our website is a great starting point — but it’s far from the only option. Through our network of manufacturers and partners, we can source and customize furniture solutions beyond what’s listed online, including: • Custom sizes, finishes, or upholstery • Products tailored to specific functional needs • Budget-friendly alternatives • Unique pieces to match a design vision Sometimes the best solution isn’t already listed — it’s the one we source or create together. 🪄 If you're planning a new space or refresh, I’m here to help you explore your options. 💙 #CommercialFurniture #WorkspaceDesign #FurnitureSolutions #NationalBusinessFurniture

Angie Rupp shared thisWorking Smarter: How Furniture Choices Reduce Staff Burnout in Healthcare In healthcare environments, every inch of a space is working overtime—and so are the people in it. It’s no surprise that the right furniture can quietly make or break a team’s daily workflow. What I’m seeing more and more: thoughtful furniture decisions aren’t just about patient experience. They’re becoming a powerful tool to support staff efficiency, reduce fatigue, and create environments where caregivers can actually breathe. A few elements that consistently move the needle: 👉 Ergonomic workstations that help nurses and admin staff stay comfortable during long shifts 👉 Durable, easily cleanable materials that protect infection control protocols and save time 👉 Flexible seating zones that support quick huddles, charting, or a much-needed moment of decompression 👉 Intuitive layouts that reduce steps, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep teams flowing smoothly When healthcare spaces are designed with both patients and staff in mind, you get a multiplier effect: better outcomes, better morale, and furniture that actually earns its keep every day. As someone who lives in this world with designers, buyers, and facility leaders across the industry—I love helping teams uncover solutions that support the people behind the care. If you’re planning updates for 2026, I’m happy to share what’s working well across clinics, community health centers, and specialty practices. #HealthcareDesign #HealthcareFacilities #HealthcareFurniture #FacilityPlanning

Angie Rupp shared this💸 How to Make the Absolute Most of Your Furniture Budget (aka “How to stretch dollars farther than a mesh task chair on maximum recline”) If you’ve ever tried to furnish a space on a tight budget, you know the drill: 👉 Champagne taste. 👉 Sparkling-water budget. 👉 And at least one person saying, “Well… can’t we just keep the chairs from 1998?” Here’s my quick guide to getting the most out of your furniture dollars: 1️⃣ Prioritize the “butts-in-seats” items. If people sit on it daily, invest there. Your team will thank you, their posture will thank you, and future HR claims will definitely thank you. 2️⃣ Mix + match smartly. High-use pieces = quality. Light-use pieces = budget-friendly. Accent pieces = where you get to feel like you’re an interior designer on HGTV for 30 seconds. 💁♀️🏡 3️⃣ Think long-term. Durability > the seduction of a too-good-to-be-true price tag. If it falls apart faster than a folding chair at a family reunion, it wasn’t a bargain. 4️⃣ Plan power + layout early. Nothing blows a budget faster than discovering you need power in 12 places… after everything is already installed. 🤦 5️⃣ And my personal favorite: Ask for help before you start ordering things at 11pm. Your furniture partner (hi 👋) can catch the things that save you money and headaches — like lead times, pricing changes, and that one perfect alternative that checks every box. At the end of the day, a smart furniture budget isn’t about spending less — it’s about spending right. If you want ideas, options, or someone to talk you out of buying 50 clearance chairs in "experimental tangerine" I'm your girl. 🍊😄

Angie Rupp liked thisAngie Rupp liked thisI honestly wish someone had told me this earlier in my career. Because I used to be THAT guy. The one who felt a sting when a colleague closed a big deal. The one who stayed quiet when someone else hit their target. The one who saw every teammate's win as a reminder of what I hadn't done yet. Sound familiar? 😅 After more years in sales than I like to admit, here's what I've learned: The best salespeople I've ever worked with? They're the FIRST to celebrate someone else's win. Not because they're saints. Not because they don't care about their own success. But because they understand something most reps don't: 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲. Your colleague closing a deal doesn't take food off your table. Their promotion doesn't block yours. Their success doesn't diminish yours. In fact, it's the opposite. ↳ When you celebrate others, you build allies, not enemies ↳ When you lift people up, they remember it ↳ When you're genuinely happy for teammates, you create a culture where people root for YOU too The jealous rep? They isolate themselves. The bitter rep? They become toxic. The insecure rep? They burn bridges. And when THEY need help? Nobody's there. But the rep who celebrates others? They get referrals from teammates. They get tips on deals. They get support when they're struggling. Here's the brutal truth: How you react to a colleague's win reveals a lot about your own approach to success. If you see limited opportunities, you're operating from scarcity. If you believe there's enough for everyone, that's abundance. The top performers I know? They celebrate hard when someone else lands a big one. Because they're confident in their own pipeline. So next time a colleague closes a big deal... Be the first to congratulate them. Mean it. It costs you nothing. And it might just change everything.

MSP Sales Fact #6: Accountability beats talent. Most MSPs are looking for a "star" salesperson to save them. They want the person with the magic rolodex. It’s a mistake. Talent is inconsistent. Talent gets bored. Talent leaves. A system stays. The real issue isn't the person on the phone. It's the lack of management. Without a framework, you aren't building a sales department. You're renting a person’s effort until they find a better offer. MGEN provides the framework: 1. Verified lead database construction. 2. Structured email marketing campaigns. 3. A cold calling regiment for regular leads. Consistent activity is the only thing that scales. Stop waiting for a hero. Build a machine. https://lnkd.in/ed99RjvE #ManagedServices #MSPGrowth #MSP #RedVineOperations

The narrative around Gen Z in sales often misses the point. Younger sellers aren't asking for shortcuts. They're asking for clarity about how their work connects to customer outcomes, revenue, and long-term strategy. Brad Rosen explains why the real challenge is building sales systems that combine the credibility and relationship skills of experienced leaders with the digital fluency and speed of early-career talent.

Rep uses the same email template for every persona. CFO gets the same pitch as an SDR manager. Reply rates tank. Different buyers respond to different approaches. A technical buyer wants proof and details. An exec wants ROI and speed. Using one framework for all kills conversion. Spray and pray with templates = low reply rates across the board. Advent Calendar Tip 7 (of 12) 🎄🎅 Better: Test different email frameworks by persona • Problem-Agitate-Solution (call out pain, make it urgent, offer fix) • Before-After-Bridge (show current state vs. ideal state) • AIDA (hook attention, build interest, create urgency, clear CTA) Run A/B tests on 100+ emails per framework. Track reply rates by persona. What works for founders won't work for VPs. Test, measure, adapt.
