We had a solid start to the year, delivering significant orders and backlog growth, margin expansion, and cash generation. Given our strong results and continued business momentum, today we raised our full year financial guidance. Segment highlights include: ▪️ Power: Significant global demand continues with our combined backlog and slot reservation agreements increasing from 83 to 100 gigawatts. We remain on track to reach 20 gigawatts of annualized output by the third quarter of this year. We are seeing strong operational progress on the Darlington small modular nuclear project in Canada, and commercial pipeline progress in North America and Europe. ▪️ Electrification: Strong demand continues from both traditional customers and data centers working to keep pace with increasing electricity demand, grid stability needs, and national security interests. This quarter, electrification booked $2.4 billion in equipment orders to support data centers, more than all of 2025. Our first two months of running Prolec GE since closing the acquisition reinforce the substantial opportunity ahead. ▪️ Wind: We remain focused on what we can control. In Onshore Wind, this primarily means driving a more profitable services business. In Offshore Wind, we completed installation of all remaining wind turbines at Dogger Bank A and Vineyard Wind in the first quarter and moved into the remaining commissioning activities at both projects. At GE Vernova, we are operating from a position of financial strength and executing our capital allocation strategy with discipline. We ended the first quarter with a healthy cash balance of $10.2 billion, after returning $1.4 billion of cash to shareholders through repurchases and dividends. We're also investing in lean, AI, and robotics, improving how we run our businesses, and accelerating innovation to transform our company. We are in the middle of a tremendous growth opportunity and I’m proud of our GE Vernova employees who are dedicated to delivering for our customers and creating value for our stakeholders. The energy transition will fail if we keep building the future with the same thinking that built the past. Look around our industry. The energy sector still looks remarkably similar to 30 years ago: * Same systems. * Same players. * Same profiles. * Same backgrounds. * Same thinking. And yet we are trying to reinvent the largest and most complex #realtime machine on Earth: the power #grid. That transformation requires new thinking. And new thinking rarely comes from homogeneous systems. The grid of the future will be: • AI-native • Data-driven • Autonomous But it must also be diverse by design. Over the years, some of the most impressive engineers, innovators, and leaders I’ve worked with in energy have been women. Yet our industry still has far too few of them! The future grid will run on #AI and data.But innovation will always run on #people. So today is about building an industry where the next generation of innovators, women and men, design the #AInative grid of the future together. Proud doesn’t begin to describe how I felt as I was able to introduce her to many old friends and colleagues at the conference and see her working the booth. It was something I will always cherish and can’t wait for the next one!!! It was an incredible experience to immerse myself in the world of energy and technology and be part of such a well-organized event. A highlight for me was helping my company, SEW, plan networking events designed to maintain and grow relationships within the industry. It was so rewarding to contribute behind the scenes, making sure meaningful connections were made and that people had the opportunity to collaborate and build on their partnerships. What made this experience even more special was that I got to share it with my dad, Andrew Stulbarg and visit his booth! Seeing his hard work on display and sharing this moment together made this first conference experience even more memorable. I was 25 years old when Keith Krach (CEO of Docusign) gave me a once-in-a-lifetime oppty to serve as his Chief of Staff. I told him about my CUTCO Cutlery journey and made him one promise: no one would work harder than me. For 5 years, I worked six days a week, averaging 70 hours. I faked it till I made it. I’d fly to Germany and back the same day. First one in, last one out. I knew the building janitors by name. And after 10,000+ hours, it all became second nature. But I had 3 non-negotiables along the way and Keith honored every one of them: Wife. Community. Sabbath. Dinner most evenings with my new bride. Men’s small group on Thursdays. And no work on Sundays to honor the Sabbath. Those guardrails are what kept me going. Fast forward… We went from a startup to 6,000+ team members globally and eventually went public and achieved a $40B+ market cap. Couldn’t believe it. I was so young. Spending every day with Keith taught me more than I could comprehend at the time. The guy was a business savant. He built two multi-billion dollar businesses. Strategic partnerships. Go-to-market. Negotiations. Fundraising. Product development. Hiring. Firing. Real estate. Marketing. International expansion. IR. Board meetings. You name it. Unbeknownst to me, he was building me up to ultimately become an entrepreneur and CEO. Fast forward again to this weekend in Ohio… I only had 20 mins to spare, but felt a nudge to hit the gym. And who do I run into? My former CEO. Keith. Nearly 10 years later. 20 mins turned into an hour of reminiscing… and you know what we talked about? Not business. Family and the true purpose of life. Funny how that works. Moral of the story… Never forget whose shoulders you stood on to get where you are today. Take a quick moment today and text those people. Check in on them. Tell them you’re grateful. Remind them that the impact they made on you mattered. And encourage them to keep making an impact on others the same way they impacted you. Life moves fast. Don’t wait another 10 years to tell someone what they meant to you.

Andrew Stulbarg liked thisAndrew Stulbarg liked thisAfter 25 years at PwC, I've retired and moving into a next phase of life. 🙌 It's strange and wonderful to write that sentence. Across workforce strategy, technology implementations, AI adoption, product development and team building, I got to do it all. I have had the great pleasure of wonderful projects, experiences and relationships over those years and I'm so grateful to PwC for all of it. 👏 I am now working my way into leadership coaching, board work and creative pursuits. I am so excited about this, and have made some progress in moving forward. While I feel quite prepared, there is one thing I wish more people talked about and that is the shift in how one thinks about productivity, how it shows up in what you do. I didn't realize that the significant drop in my calendar blocks, the calls and meetings I participated in, and the information flow around me would affect me so much. I felt/feel lonely and a bit disoriented and I tried to re-create it only to find myself being busy to be busy. I'm having to re-think what productivity means, what value is, what I actually care about... ultimately, how do I want to spend my time. Being able to name this has been so helpful and I'm giving myself grace to find my way. It has only been 6 weeks! ☺️ 👍 To my PwC family - thank you for all your support!
