Hello, Times Square! 🗽 Our merger with Highspot marks an exciting new chapter – bringing together two teams with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to helping go-to-market teams grow and win. What excites us most is what comes next: building together, learning from one another, and creating even more value for our customers. Here's to what's ahead. 🧡

Umberto Milletti posted thisAfter 2 decades of building InsideView, and then leading R&D at Demandbase after the acquisition, I decided it was time to challenge myself with a new role and team. I have been very fortunate to collaborate with many great people during that time, too many to mention. I am thankful to all of you for the journey, I am proud of what we accomplished and of the high-powered team I leave behind. As a shareholder and board member, I am very bullish about the role Demandbase will play in the nascent agentic marketing world, and will do my best to help.

Umberto Milletti shared thisAI in the enterprise needs to deliver value, not just cool demos. I love these customer quotes: "Demandbase's AI understands the context behind my questions and helps me get to the right insights faster. It's like having an experienced analyst available whenever I need one.” "An account insight report that used to take an hour now takes 15 minutes” https://lnkd.in/gNvZVQat

Umberto Milletti shared thisI have been "LLM promiscuous" for the last couple of years (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude). As I deepen my adoption (Codex, Claude Cowork, browser extensions etc..) I am finding a big problem with my promiscuity: I have assets strewn across 3 platforms (GPTs, Gems, skills, projects, scheduled tasks...). I think I need to embrace monogamy.

Umberto Milletti shared thisI think that we adopt AI software development tools, the famed "2 pizza teams" are becoming "1 pizza teams" - from 6-10 down to 3-5 people. Fewer people, less friction, faster movement. AI lets all of us do more, and cover a wider set of tasks. The day where highly specialized roles were required in each team (designer, product, front end eng, back end eng, QA etc...) are largely behind us. This will be more productive, and more fun, for everyone involved.

Umberto Milletti posted thisIn today's environment, software organizations need talent with 2 key traits: Agency, and Product sense/taste. Agency without sense will yield AI slop. Sense without agency will deliver slowly. When you have both, you can make an impact like never before.

The Genesys deadline landing next Monday that is not on most roadmaps On August 31, Genesys removes support for AI Guides version 1. That is a week from today. If your team built on Guides V1, those implementations need to move to Guides V2 or Agentic Virtual Agent before then. After that date the feature is gone. It applies to Genesys Cloud CX 4 and CX AI Experience licenses. Here is the part worth talking about. This is not a big migration. It is a small one, published in a routine release note three weeks ago, with a hard date attached. Those are the ones that get missed. Not the platform migrations everyone plans a year out. The quiet ones that land in a weekly release note while your team is heads down on something else. Genesys is moving fast on AI right now. Fast movement means more of these. Deprecations, version bumps, integrations retired. Every one is a small deadline somebody on your team has to catch, on top of their actual job. Worth five minutes this week with whoever owns your Genesys build.

Over the years, we’ve seen enterprise SaaS stacks grow wider while execution keeps slowing down. Teams add tools faster than they retire them, and the complexity quietly adds up. That’s the problem Hexaware’s Zero License is designed to solve—by replacing bloated SaaS workflows with agentic AI in months, not years. The result is simpler stacks, lower license costs, and faster execution. #Hexaware #ZeroLicense #Innovation #SimplifySaaS #AgenticAI Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan Vinod Chandran Vikash Jain Ghananeel Gondhali Preethi Sekhar VIVEK ARYA https://lnkd.in/en4XrVwH
