- [Instructor] One of the first steps that you should take when creating a digital marketing campaign is to determine your target market. So let's talk about some tools and strategies that you can use to do just that. So first of all, there are some traditional market research strategies that you can use. If you have any information from previous sales or people who are already customers, that is really valuable information and I would definitely make use of that if you've got it on hand. You may also want to take a look and see if there's been some market research that's already been done in your industry, that might help you narrow down things a little bit. If you have data from previous marketing campaigns, that could be really useful. In the last PPC campaign that you ran, did you collect information? Where were those people from? What age group were they in? Maybe you have some of their other interests,…
