I picked a real problem: the feedback tools we'd tried were all too complex, too expensive, and tied to systems we don't even use. So I built my own version. Google login, everyone gives feedback to each other and to themselves, AI summarizes it, you add a score. And it's becoming one piece of something bigger: our own little internal platform, built around what we actually need. 🤩 → No engineering background. → No big budget. → Just a real problem and the drive to solve it.
