Deals Stall Due to Follow-up Timing

A rep juggling 20 deals has a bandwidth problem. There are 20 moments a day when a lead needs a nudge. A rep cannot be in 20 places at once. Proposals sit for 10 hours overnight. One SaaS team watched this play out on a real deal. A prospect asked a pricing question on a $15k proposal at 11:00pm. The rep replied at 9:00am. By then, the lead had already booked a demo with a competitor. Hiring another rep just adds more people to the same juggling act. The fix is covering the specific windows where reps are offline. What is the main reason deals stall on your team: price, fit, or follow-up timing? #SaaSSales #PipelineGrowth

This is so true. It does us no good to add a new rep to work the same 9 to 5, if that window is covered and we actually have extra capacity. What would move the needle is hiring for the overtime hours, if that's when you see action, but can't respond. That means someone working on their own, without the team present...and that's exactly when an AI solution might be the right answer.

Time is really of the essence
