The AI #FOMO in multifamily is officially over - And that's great news.
I just came back from the #NAA conference in Philly, where I had the opportunity to speak at Tamela's side event in front of owners, operators and multifamily executives. It was the first time my pitch was shorter (!) than the Q&A session. To be honest, it wasn't the number of questions that surprised me, but the focus.
It's no longer enough to say that AI saves time. The question is how much time, what can we do with it, and what are the alternative costs?
It's no longer a game of AI-powered insights. The question is what can this AI tell me that I don't already know, and how would that impact my bottom line?
And maybe the most important one - It's not about "IF" we implement AI, it's about "WHY".
This is not the future, that's our present.

There will be no Apple of the future, just as there was no IBM of the past.
That is to say, what brought us here and allowed Apple to Dominate the Information Age will not take us there, as social leadership will determine the Intelligence Age.
In the expedited race to overtake the competition and dominate the intelligence era, technology will simply be a race to the bottom as no one will have a technology moat.
The only moat that will exist moving forward will be the Community moat, aka Human Network Kingdom moats.
Nvidia is currently thriving because of the eccentric Community CUDA has afforded them. Of course, they deserve it as they took a chance to build and curate this community.
Data Capture Technology will be a race to the bottom as sensors abound, and Data as the new oil is only as useful as the post-fracking process for turning that raw captured data into structured deployable energy symbolic of Petroleum, Diesel, and Natural gas.
Therefore, the only layer that matters moving forward is the Data Creation layer beyond the OS, Browser, Applications, and Search UIs. That is the Community of Creators, in an era when everyone and their glamma can make any app or device for change.
This is the only reason Scale AI can scale as they do by exploiting post-data capture cheap labor.
However, what if we could offer Media creation technologies that Culture and Curate the data at the exact time of capture?
That surely is the Holy Grail of the emergent intelligence era, and the first, not the best, actually, the most HEARTFELT tool leader to provide this solution to consummate curation communities will Win!
Of course, Open AI and Co are off to the races. Even Satya scooped up Inflection’s talent to join in on the community fun. Yet what they all miss is that Public community sympathy is a finite resource that can only be earned once you have achieved private entity adoration. Unfortunately, most of the current tech players have lost more public sympathy than they have gained, so most are weary to board their new trains.
Thus, when inquisitors ask why I decided to start with the niche I chose knowing Investors will want to know the expensive TAM, I tell them to keep calm and Chill. We already thrive as the AETHER Permeates everywhere and all around us from our AURA Atmosphere within us to the ASTRA Atmosphere around us.
So, now you understand why the only way forward is to burn the boat to the exploitative early incumbents and mourn the moat of the explorative tech insurgents, as the elusive elegant path forward is to Corbin the Coat that transforms our Consecrated Private Ecosystem.
Now you see why there is no option near term other than Planning to Lose while Playing to get loose to Oversee every yield in the evolving game of life!
So, in light of this, I present to you the AURA of our Radiant Transcendental Light, as one exists as a fool forever if they don’t take the Epic LEAP of Fate when presented with the Choice!

In the present humanity’s day-to-day activities, humans’ digital lifestyle and hyper-connected lives are being gingered by the evolution of digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence that have made substantial in-road and are rapidly becoming irreplaceable parts of humans’ lives.
Examples of various digital lifestyles engaged by humans are using the internet to gain knowledge, get information and education, social networking for connection of people with the same goals and interests, online shopping, social communications, communication purposes via email, mobile devices, online news, and weather forecasting.
Artificial Intelligence, the change agent helping to streamline operations and decision-making processes, is increasingly being used in various human endeavors such as in healthcare, education, business, industry, and a host of others.

#ai is a controversial subject and ever more so when the context is #creativity. This recent #underarmour commercial was created using CGI with a 3D scan of the athlete and 'reimagining' some older shots and has triggered a debate on using #ai to repurpose commercials.
Director #WesWalker posted the spot as the “first Ai-powered sports commercial”. Instagram erupted with fellow directors questioning why the director #gustavjohansson whose film shot for the brand two years ago was redeployed without any credit for this spot.
The piece also triggered other simmering questions around AI usage in creative fields: If corporations recycle old footage to create new commercials, then is it the first death nail for original creativity and innovative ideas? And if it is then "Could AI make Lord of the Rings look as good without Lord of the Rings to rip off and remix? Same question regarding this commercial, without all the original footage what does AI accomplish?" Is Generative AI parasitic? Directors and creators questioned how a fellow creative could succumb to the pressures of the brand and timelines to create an ad that threatens their craft.
A good reminder that the usefulness of #generative#ai will need to coexist with the creativity and original ideas of the human mind, and we will need to consciously self-regulate how we use this explosive tool.
