Best to go from Feb-Nov, aka anytime that's not summer as the UV gets pretty bad once you're up the top. In winter it has a chance of snowing and almost always goes below zero so I'd recommend bringing really warm clothes.

Mount Binalud
Binaloud mountain is the second highest mountain in Khorasan but it is the hardest mountain.
It has two normal ways for climbing, one of them from Mashhad (Golbahar) and another one from Neshabour.
This mountain has three shelters which are called Emani, Modares, and Doshahid.
The best season for climbing is spring. It has several springs which you can use and one of them which is close to the Modares shelter and it is permanently flowing.
