Hi. I'm Denis. I write software for a living and have been doing it for long enough that the word "senior" stopped meaning much. I like small, fast-moving teams; long-running production systems; and writing things down so I don't have to remember them.

Twenty years of building clean, maintainable systems across Node.js, PHP, Java, C++ and .NET, and a smaller dose of more obscure stacks when the work needed it. I'm an expert in object-oriented and functional programming, agile delivery, and test-driven development.

The toolkit I reach for first: Node.js · TypeScript · MongoDB · Linux · Docker · n8n · AI/ML tooling. I've shipped production systems on Vite, Next.js, React, Svelte, Solid, Tailwind, and most of the other frameworks the JS world has cycled through.

Applications need data. I've worked production with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, Supabase and NocoDB. I pick the database for the data shape, not the resume.

I've shipped Web3 on several blockchain protocols (mainly Ethereum), and I use LLMs as a daily working tool — RAG systems, prompt engineering, MCP servers, agent frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agent SDK). Low-code (mainly n8n) earns its keep in the first three months of a project.
