1-Star Hex

The 1-Star Hex is a type of Hex in Mario Party DS. It can be obtained from the Hex Area, like other Hexes. Should an opponent land on a 1-Star Hex, which the user can put on a Blue Space or Red Space up to five spaces from them, it folds on them, giving one star to whomever placed the 1-Star Hex. If the opponent has no Stars, it has no effect. The user can get five coins by landing on their own 1-Star Hex.
The Star Steal Trap of Super Mario Party Jamboree works the same as a 1-Star Hex.
