Egglings are a species in Yoshi Topsy-Turvy. They are native to Eggland, though they were also imprisoned inside of the Forbidden Pop-Up Book with Yoshi's Island from one of Bowser's spells, after becoming apples. The Spirit of Cuteness asks Yoshi to save them for Happiness Medals, with Yoshi eating apples in the missions given to him. Egglings come in three sizes and are all named based on one of their twenty varieties: Gold, Silver, Pearl, Zebra, Panda, Tiger, Leopard, Giraffe, Squirrel, Cow, Snake, Turtle, Bee, Deer, Dove, Flamingo, Raccoon, Owl, Angel, and Bear. There are about 100 Egglings in total.
