Izzy is a life-size Piranha Plant puppet who serves as the co-host for most of the episodes of The Play Nintendo Show along with Andrew Trego. He acts as a supporting character and comic relief. He also has his own show called "Ask Izzy", where various YouTube users ask Izzy different questions. Izzy typically uses his leaves as arms when on-screen.
According to himself, he gets a bit snappy before lunch, and he likes putting flies on food.
