Shake Out the Kinks is one of Dr. Crygor, Penny, and Mike's microgames in WarioWare: Move It!. The name is based on the phrase "iron out the kinks", which refers to removing the imperfections of something.
Gameplay
The object of the microgame is to remove the wrinkles from a piece of clothing by shaking it in a fanning motion. If the hands are moved in sync, the clothing becomes unwrinkled faster. Upon winning, the clothing is placed on a hanger and a clothesline as a joyful person appears in the background and laughs.
- Level 1: The player must shake a small blue-and-yellow shirt or a red pair of shorts, both of which feature a picture of a car. If successful, a child appears.
- Level 2: The player must shake a bigger yellow-green shirt with a flower pattern or a brown pair of pants. If successful, a man appears.
- Level 3: The player must shake a large red or periwinkle dress. If successful, a lady appears.
