Your first paid qualifying purchase unlocks Bronze once it is linked to your account and we start preparing or shipping it. You do not need to wait for the final shipment.

Creating an account alone does not give you a rank or Discord badge. The first review stage alone does not unlock Bronze. Unpaid or cancelled orders, and orders containing only excluded items such as cancellation charges, do not qualify.

Your Lifetime Qualifying Spend is the eligible spending counted toward your rank. It is not a balance you can spend. Build it up to unlock higher ranks:

• Silver: US$3,000
• Gold: US$6,000
• Platinum: US$12,000
• Black: US$25,000

New purchases count 60 calendar days after your whole order is complete and the final item has shipped. Eligible historical claims can also count toward these totals, under the claim rules below.

We count the eligible amount you pay with money, after discounts, MRD Points and any complimentary delivery benefit.

• Included: eligible products, shipping you pay for, ordinary fees and tips.
• Not included: tax (including VAT and sales tax), cancellation fees, excluded products or amounts covered by points or complimentary delivery.

Refunds reduce this amount. Historical claims add eligible Lifetime Qualifying Spend toward rank; they do not earn purchase points on past orders.

When you shop signed in, your rank sets your earning rate: Bronze 0.5%, Silver 1%, Gold 1%, Platinum 1.5% and Black 2%. A first qualifying purchase without a rank earns 0.5%.

Your rate is fixed when you order. A later promotion or rate change does not change that order’s points. Eligible guest orders use the Bronze rate saved when ordered, currently 0.5%, even if you already have a higher rank.

Purchase points are ready 60 calendar days after your whole order is complete and the final item has shipped. If items ship separately, the wait starts after the final shipment and full completion, even if production took a long time.

That is also when the purchase adds qualifying spend, any higher rank and any newly earned rank-achievement points. Bronze can start earlier, as explained above. Guest orders must be linked before full completion; this waiting period is not extra time to link them.

It is a preview of purchase points on the eligible amount paid with money. It updates as your checkout changes and does not award points or include rank bonuses.

Guests see “No Rank” and the guest rate. Signed-in customers see their current rank, or “No Rank”. Creating an account or seeing a Bronze-rate estimate does not itself grant Bronze.

The estimate shows MRD Points and their US dollar value. Any local-currency value is approximate, using the current exchange rate; it does not guarantee the rate when you later spend points.

Yes—on eligible orders placed from 7 October 2026. Link your order to your account before we first mark the whole order complete after its final shipment.

Guest orders earn the Bronze rate saved when you order, currently 0.5%, even if you already have a higher rank. Points follow the waiting period set for your order; the normal wait is 60 calendar days after full completion and final shipment.

For your rank’s rate on your next order, sign in before buying.

1. Open My Account and sign in or create an account with your order email.
2. Complete any email-verification or emailed password-setup steps.
3. Check that the purchase appears under Orders.

Missing order? Contact us promptly so we can check ownership and link it before the whole order is first completed. A different order email also needs our review. Simply signing in is not a guarantee that it is linked.

Created your account at checkout? That order is already attached; no second linking step is needed.

Linking after the whole order was first completed is too late for purchase points. Reopening the order later does not extend that deadline.

You may still be able to claim its eligible Lifetime Qualifying Spend toward rank and perks. That separate historical claim does not recover the missed purchase points.

You can claim eligible Lifetime Qualifying Spend—past spending that counts toward your membership rank and its current perks.

Claiming past spending does not award purchase points.

A claim that takes you to Gold, Platinum or Black for the first time may unlock that rank’s separate one-time achievement bonus. These bonus points reward reaching the new rank.

2. Open MRD Points → Claim past purchases to see eligible completed purchases.
3. Review the spending shown and confirm your claim before its deadline.

You are claiming Lifetime Qualifying Spend toward rank and perks, not purchase points. We must verify that the purchases belong to you.

Your account shows eligible purchases that are ready to claim. A guest order linked too late for purchase points may still qualify for Lifetime Qualifying Spend.

• Recent website orders keep their normal completion wait.
• A purchase already shown as ready does not start a new 60-day wait.
• Orders waiting for normal rewards stay pending; they cannot be claimed again.
• Spending already counted cannot count twice.

Claims can unlock current rank benefits, but do not restore unused annual benefits from earlier years.

Past spending can be claimed only after your order is fully completed and its waiting period has finished. If an availability date is shown, return then to review and confirm your claim; it is not claimed automatically.

You must sign in and verify your current account email. The order must belong to you and meet the qualifying-spending rules. Check the claim deadline: it is inclusive, and an expired claim window cannot be used.

Already counted means the spending has been recognised through a past claim or another rewards record. If the order or amount needs review, its dates or payment details are missing, or the waiting period ends after its deadline, contact our team through the help link on your Rewards page.

Past spending counts towards membership rank, not past purchase points. Reaching a new rank may unlock a separate achievement bonus, shown when you review the claim.

Use the claim-by date shown in your account. You can claim through that date in the store’s calendar.

Your deadline is whichever gives you longer:

• One calendar year after the purchase was completed; or
• Any extended historical-claims deadline for the program.

Without an extension, the one-year date applies. Your email and ownership must be verified and the purchase must be eligible. This is separate from the new guest-order linking deadline; missing that deadline does not by itself rule out a past-spending claim.

Reach a rank for the first time and receive its achievement award:

• Gold: 25 MRD Points
• Platinum: 50 MRD Points
• Black: 100 MRD Points

Each bonus is awarded once, not every year. An eligible historical spend claim may unlock a bonus for a rank you have not reached before. These bonus points reward reaching the new rank.

Your whole points balance expires 12 months after its last qualifying rewards update. Check My Account → MRD Points for your exact expiry date.

Placing an order does not restart the clock. Eligible orders can protect points while you wait, and an order paid entirely with points can renew the clock at its normal rewards update. The next answers explain these exceptions.

Eligible orders linked to your account can protect points that have not expired while we review, prepare or ship your order. This protection has an applicable deadline and may be extended if our team confirms an extension.

After full completion, an eligible order can protect an unexpired balance through the rewards waiting period set for your order. Linking or completing an order later does not bring expired points back.

Using points at checkout does not immediately extend their expiry. Your new order follows the same protection and rewards-update timing as other eligible orders.

An order paid entirely with points still renews the clock at its normal rewards update, even though it earns no new purchase points. A cancelled order does not restart the clock.

Adding Lifetime Qualifying Spend alone does not renew your balance.

A historical claim renews an active balance only if it awards new, positive one-time achievement points for a Gold, Platinum or Black rank you have not reached before. Duplicate claims and previously earned or restored bonuses do not renew it. Claims do not bring expired points back.

Spending points or letting them expire does not lower your rank.

Refunds, cancellations or corrections to purchases that were not eligible can affect the orders and qualifying spend behind your rank.

Points and qualifying spend from the affected purchase are reduced.

If that leaves another order awaiting production or delivery short of payment, you may need to pay the difference.

Spent points are not returned automatically. It depends on why the order is refunded or cancelled.

• For a change-of-mind refund or cancellation, spent points normally stay spent.
• If we cannot fulfil what you ordered, we return the eligible points used for the cancelled or refunded part after reviewing the order.
• Our team may approve an exception where appropriate.

Contact us about your order so we can confirm what applies. Points are not paid back as cash.

Annual benefits refresh on 1 January. Unused allowances expire at year-end and do not roll over. This covers annual delivery, sourcing and production-priority allowances included in your rank.

The allowance is your total for the year, not for each order. Moving up a rank includes benefits already used that year.

Silver delivery is different: it is one lifetime use, with no yearly reset or year-end expiry.

Silver: one standard delivery during your membership. Gold, Platinum and Black: one per calendar year.

Available in the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Norway, Switzerland and the UK on eligible orders below US$200 in merchandise. Taxes may still be payable.

Orders at US$200 or more already get ordinary free shipping and do not use this benefit. Contact us for help using it.

Gold’s one delivery per calendar year replaces Silver’s lifetime use.

• Used Silver delivery this year? Your next allowance starts on 1 January.
• Silver delivery still unused? You have one available delivery, not two.
• Used Silver delivery in an earlier year? It does not reduce the current Gold year’s allowance.

We use the merchandise total after ordinary discounts and before MRD Points.

Tax, shipping and fees are not included in this delivery threshold. It is separate from the broader spending amount used to earn points and rank.

Send one reference photo by email or Discord. We will try to find the item or outfit, or up to three alternatives where available.

We share available sizing and availability information and include one clarification. Products, shipping, alterations and other outside costs are paid separately.

A completed search uses one request even if nothing suitable is found. Ordinary advice and a request outside the service’s scope that we decline before research do not use an allowance. Contact us to get started.

1. Connect my MRD account. Sign in if needed, then use the Discord account controls to connect the Discord profile you use in our community.
2. Join the MRD Discord with that same Discord profile if you have not joined yet.

Joining the server and connecting your MRD account are two separate steps.

Earned Bronze or higher? Once you have joined and connected, Captain Peachbeard adds your matching MRD rank and the Doll Lover role. Platinum and Black also qualify for the private member room. Creating an MRD account alone does not grant these roles.

A saved connection confirms account linking, not server membership or applied roles. Role updates may take a little time. Contact us if you need a hand.

No—Discord is optional. You can earn and spend MRD Points and use your eligible website perks without connecting Discord.

Discord adds community and the Discord benefits included in your rank. Prefer email? You can request the sourcing concierge by email too, under your rank’s usual allowance. Contact our team.

Your membership rank can give you access to eligible private pages on our website. We share access details and opportunities through Discord and/or newsletters.

Sign in to your MRD account and follow the access details for that page. Each page’s eligibility rules still apply: connecting Discord does not unlock every private page or product, or override website access rules.
