This mod makes the game feel more like a Police/Swat Simulation (SWAT 4), instead of the current Terrorist / Shoot-to-Kill gameplay, however still depending on the map.AI will act more human like and are a bit more cooperative, likely to surrender, if the mission setting fits, even if you do not use non-lethal weapons.
