Tax
We only receive Tax certificate & income statement via email (Old location: ESS - My personal info - My documents - Tax certificate & income statement)
Pay Statement: Portal - Employee gateway - My profile - pay and tax - pay statement
A1 certificate
An A1 certificate is a document that shows which country’s social security system you are covered by when you work in one country but live in another within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or Switzerland. Netjets needs a new one every year.
You can request the A1 with an email: Verdragspolis@cz.nl. Find your Polisnumber and add the form that netjets send you via email with the request for a copy of the new A1.
If you have problems receiving the A1 form automatically, most likely HR department made an error. Call 020-6565277 to correct the error
The moment you receive the new A1 form, make sure you upload it via MijnSVB
VOG Certificate of Conduct
Annual renewalA Certificate of Conduct (also known as a Criminal Record Check or Police Clearance Certificate) is an official document issued by a government authority confirming whether an individual holds a criminal record. NJE requires this to be renewed annually.
- 1 Download and complete the first page of the VOG form.
- 2 Email the completed form to the NJE Security Department.
- 3 The Security Department will complete their section and return the form back to you.
- 4 Book an appointment at your local townhall to have the form stamped and verified. Alternatively, it may be submitted electronically.

Easiest way to update a NJE password is using the iphone Okta app, search for "Change Password".
Who am I
My name is Johannes van Ouwerkerk and I am a line trainer on the Latitude fleet in Netjets Europe. As one of my many interests is programming and making responsive websites, I thought many years ago to start this website to make life easy for myself as I could not find anything quickly nor could I remember the portal address. This turned out to be a great success also for other colleagues, hence it is now known across the company.
