Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This policy explains how Scorifya LLC (“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on scorifya.com. For broader privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help websites remember preferences, keep you signed in, or understand how pages are used. “Similar technologies” include local storage and pixels with comparable purposes.
How Scorifya uses cookies
Essential operation. We and our hosting providers may set strictly necessary cookies or storage items required for security, load balancing, or basic site function. These are exempt from consent because the site cannot work without them, so we do not show a cookie banner.
No third-party analytics or tracking. We do not load third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking scripts, and we set no advertising identifiers. If we add any non-essential cookies later, we will update this policy and ask for consent first.
Accounts. When you sign in, session cookies are used to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the authenticated experience.
Embedded video
Some pages embed a video hosted on YouTube (a Google service). To protect your privacy, the player does not load until you click play — until then, only a static thumbnail image is shown. When you choose to play the video, YouTube may set cookies and receive your request under Google’s own privacy and cookie policies, which we do not control.
The scan feature and third-party sites
When you scan a URL, our servers fetch that site’s public responses. Third-party sites may set their own cookies in that interaction; those are governed by the third party’s policies, not ours. We do not execute third-party JavaScript in your browser as part of the scan.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site. Use your browser’s help documentation for steps.
Updates
We will revise this policy if our use of cookies changes. Check the “Last updated” date when you visit.
